The place is brand new. The lower part is dedicated to the common areas such as cafeteria, working space and conference room. The rooms are really spacious and well equipped. There are two bathrooms, lockers and a changing curtain. Very confortable and relaxed place.

Lindas habitaciones, pero la piscina no estaba habilitada. El servicio de desayuno no nos ha gustado, era muy pobre el desayuno. No repetiría.

The hotel is quoted dated, the furnishings are from the 80s. Having that said, the cleanliness is up to standard. The Wi-fi was working well and the condiments were generous. The breakfast was average but there was a good selection of sweet pastry. The bread was also good.

Hotel location is brilliant if you want to be close to the Central Station to travel to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Royal Palace, etc as this covered the main line, regional and Metro lines. Any concerns around the area being dodgy were soon dispelled as a Police car and soldiers were always close by. The Hotel was clean, the bed comfortable and staff friendly. The downsides were really around the restaurant. The evening meal menu was fussy and would not be suitable for families. That said, the location was great as there were lots of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast provided was fairly limited and even though an extra charge was applicable to porridge and other cooked foods, every time I asked for porridge, I was advised that 'it was not possible'. I believe that the hotel should not be charging for these extras, and they should provide what they include on their menus!

看着網上評論推薦的挑了這家酒店但原來酒店距離索倫托火車站的距離差不多20分鐘的步程，拖着大篋其實也不太方便！ 雖然距離大街沒有很遠，也算很熱鬧，但是他的位置已經算是街尾，要是在火車站那邊走回去酒店其實也很遠。反而距離沙灘則比較近，看日落不錯。 酒店其實是沒有泳池的，是旁邊的泳池訓練學校才有泳池，所以住客是不能享用泳池的，除非是付費。但整體來說，酒店也很乾淨，房間也很大，浴室也很大。只是有點殘舊，而且雪櫃是壞掉的！ 早餐選擇很少，不要有期望。不過酒店接待員態度也很親切，向我們推介了一日遊，當我們得知去波西塔納的巴士被停了之後！而且我們中國人吃不慣外國餐，我們想拿點熱水給我們泡麵，他們也很滿意！這是10分難得的，而且它的房價真的不算貴，這也是我仍然推薦這家酒店的原因！

We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!

첫번째로 직원이 엄청 친절함. 숙소 설명이 자세했고, 편한 분위기를 만들어줌 두번째는 여행할때 너무 더웠는데 에어컨 잘나오는 방이라 쉴때 더위 걱정은 없었음. 베개 넉넉하고 이불도 뽀송뽀송. 화장실 컨디션도 아주 굿입니다. 마지막으로 나폴리가 워낙 작은동네라 걷거나 지하철 타면 어디든 금방 갈 수 있어서 좋았음. 근처에 현지인 맛집도 많고 조그마한 마트도 구석구석있어서 음식 걱정없음. Grazie mille.
