Мне очень понравилось пребывание в отеле и я снова вернулась сюда. Если Вы бронируйте отель по весьма выгодной цене, то какие могут быть претензии. Отель расположен на горе, есть парковка бесплатная рядом большая. Если Вы перемещаетесь пешком, то рядом автобусная остановка, Учитывайте, что автобусы следуют не всегда по графику и можно простоять 30 мин в ожидании, но гугл плюс минус пишет верное прибытие. Я ездила в Форио ежедневно, погулять и поужинать. В отеле есть горячий бассейн на первом этаже, я расстроилась узнав, что там не термальная вода. На улице гидромассажная ванна не работала последние 2 дня. Завтраки очень хорошие. Весь персонал очень дружелюбный. Конечно в номере, уставшая сантехника, но об этом писали уже. Белье всё белоснежное.

Come comunicato già al direttore dell'Hotel, la pulizia della stanza e del bagno non è stato sufficiente. Ho dovuto comunicare che il bagno non è stato pulito e neanche la stanza. Sono state sistemate solamente le lenzuola. Mi dispiace comunicare tutto ciò poichè non ho mai avuto problemi con la struttura, tranne solo per la pulizia. Personale sempre gentile e cordiale.

MMarcos 305We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!

We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

TTài khoản kháchHotel location is brilliant if you want to be close to the Central Station to travel to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Royal Palace, etc as this covered the main line, regional and Metro lines. Any concerns around the area being dodgy were soon dispelled as a Police car and soldiers were always close by. The Hotel was clean, the bed comfortable and staff friendly. The downsides were really around the restaurant. The evening meal menu was fussy and would not be suitable for families. That said, the location was great as there were lots of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast provided was fairly limited and even though an extra charge was applicable to porridge and other cooked foods, every time I asked for porridge, I was advised that 'it was not possible'. I believe that the hotel should not be charging for these extras, and they should provide what they include on their menus!

LlymaWonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm. The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful. Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries. Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

VVeRGiPalazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to.
