Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

May mắn thay, hàng xóm của chúng tôi khá yên tĩnh vào ban đêm, vì vậy điều đó không ảnh hưởng quá nhiều đến chúng tôi, nhưng nó ngăn chúng tôi nói to. I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible. The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room. The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.

Rooms are clean and comfy and hotel even has a covered swimming pool !! 4 mins walk to the famous Old Town and 1 min walk to the Rotermann City. Really convenient and spoilt for food choice. Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn.

Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel. The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-in. The queue moved a bit slow due to each guest having to fill out a form (the standard name, phone, address, signature). I think eliminating this process would speed up check-in for everyone.

Very helpful staff who provided detailed guidance on transport options from/to ferry terminal (we used Bolt ride hailing app-4.30€ after midnight to hotel and 6.40€ at evening peak to ferry terminal). They also gave comprehensive suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. Every frontline staff was excellent with special kudos to Alex especially and Keitlin. Tasty degustation menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. There's an excellent market, florist/plant nursery and supermarket a short ten minutes walk away. Bought a lovely Aechmea 'Blue Tango' bromeliad packed beautifully with soil washed off to carry on the flight home to Singapore. Grabbed a variety of smoked/cured meats and jerky (deer, elk, moose, wild boar, wild beef) and local Kalev chocs.

The place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days. The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.
