This family room is really big - 2 rooms linking together, each room has 1 bathroom as well. Came to hotel a little early after long haul flight - although need to wait for nearly an hour staff were friendly and tried to arrange cleaning the room quickly. Breakfast were good with variety of choices. 5 minutes walk from Messestadt West Metro station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants and supermarkets next to the station. My daughters were happy with the stay.

Definitely recommended when having an early flight or late arrival. Staff is nice and friendly; hotel and area look modern and glass-y, rooms are spacious, clean and lovely, especially the interior design. They offer a kettle and a bit of tea and coffee. Depending on when you arrive/book, you may choose between a room with a shower or a bath tub. Spa area is also available, included for guests staying overnight is sauna and pool. (Massages available at extra cost.) Towels and bathrobe are available at the site, they also provide drinking water which is very kind. We would come back here anytime when having an early flight. A great way to start (or even end) a trip.

Phòng rộng rãi, giường rất thoải mái, và rất gần sân bay, chỉ khoảng 15 phút đi taxi. Nhược điểm duy nhất là máy điều hòa bị hỏng và không sử dụng được. Ngoài ra, xung quanh khách sạn không có cửa hàng hay tiện nghi nào. Nếu bạn chỉ ở lại một đêm để quá cảnh, đây là một lựa chọn tốt, nhưng tôi khuyên bạn nên mua một ít đồ ăn và thức uống ở sân bay để mang đến khách sạn.

Room and breakfast is good, and facilities and staff are professional, we are happy to book this hotel and really want to book again for coming trip

Very beautiful hotel, one could call it upscale the least - better than many other 5 star hotels I stayed at, while officially it is actually not classified with 5 stars. Most staff was extremely friendly and professional. It smells nice, feels fancy, floor heating, rain shower, sound isolation, all the little nice things. It is just missing a sauna, only issue I could point out.

Ok so the room was comfy enough. Mattress and pillows soft like I prefer Location is close to the airport which is why I booked a room there. Bar and front desk staff were friendly. But one major irritation especially for someone travelling with heavy luggage is the lack of any luggage trolleys

About 20 min walk from Nuremberg Station, the road is quite easy to walk even with bigger luggage. The area is also about 20 to 30min walk to main attractions (e.g. marketplace), overall quite accessible. To note that immediately next to the hotel is a red light area, will need to take another path when walking back if avoiding the area.

Very good service from the lady at reception who spoke to us in Spanish. The hotel was very pleasant and well located, 2 blocks from the train station. The room was very well equipped. The breakfast was very basic, with few options. There was no hair conditioner in the bathrooms.

Novotel Munich Airport We arrived in the evening by plane and just wanted to rest. Perfect location close to the airport – taxi, bus, even walking is possible. Friendly welcome, including a small welcome gift for our daughter. Rooms are clean and exactly what you expect from Novotel standards. Breakfast is very good: fresh, well thought-out selection, and not overcrowded. Check-out was just as friendly as check-in. Of course, there are hotels directly on the airport grounds, but that convenience comes at a noticeably higher price. A solid choice for late arrivals or early departures.
