Đây là một khu nghỉ dưỡng khó quên, tựa như lạc vào chốn bồng lai tiên cảnh, với hồ nước n*** bên cạnh. Khu nghỉ dưỡng có nhiều khu vui chơi cho trẻ em, rất lý tưởng cho các gia đình. Bên kia hồ là Hatshepsut, một trong những thị trấn đẹp nhất thế giới. Tôi ở trong một cabin, điều mà tôi hiếm khi được trải nghiệm với tư cách là một người châu Á. Nó thật lãng mạn và mộng mơ; tôi thậm chí không muốn rời đi. Khu nghỉ dưỡng có một cửa hàng tiện lợi nhỏ với rất nhiều lựa chọn thực phẩm. Các phòng đều có đầy đủ đồ dùng nhà bếp và lò vi sóng. Bạn có thể mua đồ ăn tại cửa hàng và tự nấu tại nhà nghỉ dưỡng của mình - bạn sẽ không bao giờ thiếu đồ ăn. Trạm xe buýt đến Hatshepsut nằm n*** bên ngoài khu nghỉ dưỡng. Giá phòng ở đây chỉ bằng một nửa so với ở Hatshepsut. Sau đêm đầu tiên, tôi thực sự muốn ở lại thêm một ngày nữa, nhưng thật không may, khách sạn đã kín phòng. Các nhân viên thân thiện thậm chí còn tặng tôi một bữa sáng miễn phí, đó là bữa sáng ngon nhất tôi từng có trong chuyến đi. Khi trả phòng, nhân viên đã tử tế hỏi tôi nghĩ gì về khu nghỉ dưỡng. Tôi nói với họ rằng tôi muốn ở lại thêm một ngày, và họ lập tức kiểm tra phòng trên máy tính cho tôi, nhưng tiếc là không còn phòng trống. Vì vậy, tôi phải rời đi và đến Hasutat để ở lại thêm một ngày. Tôi hy vọng mình có thể quay lại thị trấn xinh đẹp này và ở lại thêm vài ngày nữa.

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, walking distance to the train station and historic part of the city, restaurants, shops and a supermarket as well as public transportation are all nearby. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Three nights. Staff are professional, helpful and nice. When the sink got blocked, they immediately resolved the issue. The location of the hotel is perfect. Next to the old town where you can have cafés,restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The hotel gave us free bottled water whenever we need. The room withThe breakfast place is next to the lake where you can eat breakfast while enjoying a panoramic view of the lake. The hotel is also opposite the bus station if you go to Salzburg or Bad Ischl.

Love this hotel! The breakfast is nice and they offer sparkling/still water all day. There is a sauna and a gym and many places to rest with a good view of the river.

Gteat room big enough with balcony and sofa, good breakfast. 1 shower and 1 bathtub Mini bar, electric kettle and safe in the room. Great view.

Haben das Hotel aufgrund eines Asia Festivals direkt daneben gebucht. Auch sonst hat das Arte Hotel eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt an der Donau. Man kann über die Brücke direkt ins belebte Zentrum laufen, wo man alles findet was man braucht. Am Wochenende ist das Nachtleben sehr gut besucht. Es gibt eine Garage für 19€ pro Tag, man kann von der Garage direkt ins Zimmer fahren. Kurzparkzone direkt vor der Hotel, lohnt sich vor allem ab Samstags 12 Uhr und Sonntags da kostenfrei. mindesteinwurf ist ein Euro, hab ich trotzdem reingeworfen, aber ich denke bei kostenfreien Parken braucht man kein Ticket ziehen. War mir nicht sicher. Es gibts optional Frühstück dazu, welches wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Angeblich gibts noch eine Sauna Fitness, was wir nicht genutzt haben.
