I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Everything was good except no pool. It said it had a pool online but actually there isn't one. Parking is also across the street, which is kind of annoying. Everything else was great. Close to OMSI.

First time in this hotel, quite good. Good location, good room, separate shower and closet, coffee maker in room. No parking, but there is a valet service. If you bring car you can park in the next block in Jefferson st, comfortable and reasonable price. Housekeeping and waiting quite slow response for services. Overall happy with the stay

Hotel Lucia is in a part of downtown that is somewhat quieter than the usual fanfare and yet close enough to the good eateries. It’s just about ten minutes away by walk to the Old Town, and five minutes walk from the Pioneer Square. Many bus as team lines run in this area for you to get out of town. My only suggestion is to have hot water served at the lobby drinks table throughout the day. And also I would have liked a pair of slippers too.

It was perfect location me and my daughter had a nice new years there the pool was clean and kids friendly across the street from the mall and lost of eatery’s we will be staying there again

Khách sạn nằm ở trung tâm thành phố và không có bãi đậu xe riêng, nhưng có bãi đậu xe công cộng bên dưới tòa nhà văn phòng đối diện trạm xăng Citroën, giá khoảng 35 đô la một đêm. Cách khách sạn 5 phút đi bộ, n*** gần ngã tư. Phòng nhỏ, chỉ có một giường, hai tủ đầu giường và một phòng tắm—rất nhỏ gọn. Xà phòng rửa tay trong phòng tắm có mùi thơm dễ chịu. Dịch vụ lễ tân rất tuyệt vời. Là người ngủ không sâu giấc, tôi đã thương lượng để được một phòng hướng ra đường, và họ rất vui vẻ giúp đỡ. Nhà hàng Mexico Lechon cách khách sạn 10 phút đi bộ và rất được khuyến khích. Nấm và sườn nướng cũng rất tuyệt vời.

전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 특별한 단점을 찾기 어려운 호텔이며, 대중교통이 잘 갖춰진 포틀랜드 안에서도 주요 노선이 지나는 곳에 위치해 있어서 이동이 편리했습니다. 다만, 위치가 좀 더 오피스 지역에 위치해있어 주요 관광지 도보 이동은 다소 먼 편입니다.

I didn’t feel this hotel was worth the price tag. It was clean, nicely designed, and located downtown but they charge an extra $50 each night for services, don’t provide free Wi-Fi (unless you sign up for some kind of Hilton membership), and do not include parking. Also, that area is a business district. The East side of Portland is a more fun area to be based. The gym and pool were alright. Well-equipped but rather small. I’d recommend shopping around better deals on the east side of the river.
