Location of hotel is great! Near to Newbury shopping street and Prudential subway station. Hotel is clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and housekeeping was good too. Only negative experience was I can hear other guest rooms doors opening and slamming close early in the morning. Other than that, my entire experience was awesome in the very comfortable room!

I left my necklace that means a lot to me in the bathroom before checking out, the hotel housekeeper would definitely see it but obviously took it. I rushed back to hotel front desk to hoping that I would get it back but nope , very disappointing and heartbroken cos the necklace means so much to me regardless its money value( Tiffany ) .

Spacious room for three, great value for money! We discovered this hotel through TikTok reviews and were not disappointed. The art deco interiors are stunning, and the lobby is beautiful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very quiet both day and night—perhaps due to its residential location. A fantastic stay overall. Boston Marriott Cambridge là một lựa chọn tuyệt vời cho kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngủi một đêm của tôi ở Boston. Vị trí tuyệt vời, thuận tiện di chuyển bằng phương tiện công cộng và khá gần sân bay. Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.

My experience with this hotel is truthfully one of the best so far. The service was beyond great I was treated with respect. Also the two gentlemen working at the front desk stayed patient while helping me when I was having trouble with my card to make payment. Would stay there again and most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect stay.

Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. Oh forgot to mention, get a river view room, it's surely worth the price difference.

It’s very convenient to airport as we just have a transit flight at Boston and need to take a rest. Recommend you if you have to stay close to airport.

The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off. On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

這間裝潢非常的五彩繽紛，老實說有點汽車旅館的感覺😂但房間就中庸之道了，住宿感覺還算不錯。但不好的體驗是，給我們的房間，一打開房門裡面竟然有人！回櫃檯給她講，竟然連句Sorry都沒講，我說我兩個月前就訂了，她竟然回也有很多人都訂了！很傻眼！好在解決的態度還算積極，幫我們換了一間行政套房，在客廳加了一張床。
