Good experience in staying in this hotel. Even though it was a single night, but its location was really good as well as quality of hotel.

體驗十分不錯的一家萬豪，酒店洗衣烘乾十分便宜了，停車場也價格實惠，酒店有直通停車場的通道，早餐也是一路下來比較有印象的一家了，有切好的新鮮水果。

The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!

My wife and I found the location and the cleanliness to be great. However the only reason I would give this hotel a bad review is because of how thin the floors are. We were on the 3rd floor and you could hear the people from upstairs basically breathing. Other than the lack of sleep from the noise I would rate the cleanliness a 10, The location a 10, the Service a 10. Again great esthetics horrible build!

酒店位於校園南部，沿着六街或四街步行三十分鐘可達綠街，一路可觀賞校園建築草坪及各類體育場館，這個時節温度怡人，風景如畫，如果想開車或乘公交也非常方便，酒店可以免費停車，校園內停車一般用咪表，不過一般出去晚餐的話，過六點就不用付停車費了。公交可以用一元紙幣，車站就在酒店門口。酒店服務熱情，退房的時候按金當場完成沖正，每天打掃很乾凈，房間大，設施也新，洗漱用品除了沒有拖鞋和牙膏牙刷，其他都有了。 免費贈送的歐式早餐也不錯，品種不多，但營養全面，在此一共住了七晚，在有温度的距離中陪伴親人，並享受閑適的小鎮生活，一段非常美好的時光。 順便説一句，香檳的中餐和各類亞洲餐真的太豐富了，每天午餐晚餐都能不重樣的，可以放心孩子在這裏吃得不錯，每餐含税含小費每人不超過20美元，實際上人均14美元就可以吃得很好。

가족과 함께 트윈룸에 투숙했습니다. 객실이 비교적 넓어 쾌적했으나, 와이파이가 안정적이지 못했습니다. 아마 저희 객실이 건물 윙 끝에 위치해서 그랬던 것 같습니다. 조식은 시리얼, 빵, 요거트 등 가격에 적합한 수준이라고 생각합니다. 작은 피트니스 공간과 수영장도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 전반적으로 만족 합니다.

Upon check in, I was assigned a room & given keys. We opened the door only to find someone else was already occupying the room. Imagine the fear of the person in that room as we had keys that opened their room door. We had to bring all of our luggage back down to the front desk to get a new room assigned. I booked a king room but was given a room with double beds. When I contacted the front desk, the lady at the front desk was unprofessional and made no effort to address the issue. She told me the hotel is sold out of king rooms and for me to contact Trip.com because Trip.com is the one who booked a double room. The representative from Trip.com was very professional and apologetic and made attempts to rectify the situation. However the hotel did not answer the calls from Trip.com. The room we were assigned was ok. But the ac/heater unit in the room was full of dust. The pillow cases appeared clean but smelled as if it had not been changed between guests. I’ve stayed at numerous Hilton properties and am usually quite pleased. But we were quite disappointed with this Doubletree property.

Hotel is in perfect location along the river. Lake view room also has river view. Buffet breakfast is top notch and the food at the Big Bar is pretty good. Wings and nachos were a hit.

Hotel shows it’s age. Understaffed to handle a large conference that impacted operations for the property. If laying over or in for business, look elsewhere. More peace, quiet, service and cleanliness to be found at a better value.
