I'm very happy to be able to stay at Kimaya Hotel. Everything was very good, from the cleanliness of the room, comfort and speed of the staff in handling check-in and check-out. But the hotel's facilities need to be improved, such as by maintaining the elevator and adding more equipment to the fitness center to make it more diverse. I had a few problems using it.My suggestion is that perhaps having an adult swimming pool would be much better, as I honestly would really like to swim during my staycation with friends. However, I'm still grateful for the happiness I felt while staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was in good location. Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room). After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy. After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge. The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom. In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it. It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

Trải nghiệm của tôi với khách sạn này là 50:50 giữa tốt và xấu. Vị trí khôn ngoan nó rất chiến lược và gần trung tâm thành phố. Bạn có thể đi bộ 10 phút đến Braga. Giá cả rất rẻ nếu chỉ với 400k Rp, bạn có thể thưởng thức bữa sáng cho hai người, đồ ăn đa dạng và hương vị cũng rất ngon! Tuy nhiên, ở một khía cạnh khác, AC không hoạt động tốt. Tòa nhà và các phòng trông hơi xuống cấp. Và kỳ lạ là chuông phòng chúng tôi reo hai lần vào ban đêm nhưng khi chúng tôi kiểm tra thì không có ai cả. Không phải là một trải nghiệm tồi, chỉ là lạ.

The room was clean with a good view. They don't provide water bottles in the room, but do provide a jug which you can fill from a water filter in the corridor. The best thing was the big variety of options for breakfast. The restaurant is also nice for dinner.

Travelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold. The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets. For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

The place was great! Me and my husband stay there for only 1 night, but we love the experience there. I got the privilege of cheaper safari park ticket price almost 50% Although the bathroom could get some more maintenance and improvement. The bathroom kinda dark and old fashioned even though the hotel was new

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service.
