We had stayed 10N with Scandic hotel within northern EU trip, Norway, Finland was a good experience but Cophengen stayed is an unpleasant, counter checked in staff is not helpful, room is not clean when entered and was told that room cleaning must pre book?   Anyway location abt 10 mins walk from central station and breakfast is ok

Merhabalar yastığın boyutu çok küçüktü. Banyodaki klima ayar düğmesinin nereye kumanda ettiğini gösteren bir yazı yoktu. Ve 30 dereceye kadar ayarlaniyordu. Sonradan farkettim ki banyo altan ısıtmaya aitmiş. Ama normal odanın Max. Sıcaklığı 23,5 dereceye ayarlaniyordu. Tv nin yeri hiç uygun değildi. Tv izlemek mümkün değildi 22:00 olduğunda hiçbir yiyecek yapan restaurant yoktu. Sabah kahvaltısında zeytin yoktu. Peynir 2 çeşitti.

Location is central. All major tourist attractions are 20 mins by walk. Breakfast is decent. Coffee (at the dining place)  all day, fruits all day, candies on stairway corners are finer things which make it interesting.  Also, the small incentives (like small cookie pack) if you decline room cleaning adds to the pleasant experience.

직원은 굉장히 친절합니다. 룸의 종류에 따라 별채에서 머물렀으나 충분히 좋은 경험이었습니다. 아침식사 장소는 호텔 크게 대비 적절하고 음식 수준도 나쁘지 않습니다. 그리고 호텔 주변은 산책하기에 매우 좋습니다. 다만 호텔 연식이 오래되었기 때문에 추운 날씨에 방문하게 된다면 방 내부는 따뜻하지 않을 것 같네요.

Very helpful gentleman Matthias gave excellent service on booking in. Very disappointed with room as no yea or coffee making amenities and the cafe downstairs was closed for food despite its closing hr of 8.30pm. Great location close to airport and Metro

Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. Didn't try the breakfast. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained. The bartender is cheerful and staff are friendly. Just a few steps away from Kastrup Airport. Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes.

Super nice design. Clean and new, friendly staffs. I love how the hotel thoughtfully put so many designer chairs there and look harmoniously synchronised

Accompanying with a fly, a spider and a something else for a while in the room. When I was asking for the room changing at the first time, the answer is an absolute no. Luckily, after complaining, Ctrip has coordinated with the hotel and finally got a new room to exchange.  Thanks to all who has contributed to my room change, this is not easy.

Đây là một vị trí tuyệt vời để lưu trú như một khách du lịch, chỉ cách ga tàu điện ngầm 2 phút đi bộ và cách ga Kopenhavn 3 phút đi bộ. Họ cũng cung cấp nhiều loại đồ ăn ngon và đa dạng cho bữa sáng miễn phí. Phòng rất sạch sẽ và gọn gàng, với tông màu ấm áp được sử dụng trong thiết kế, tạo nên một kỳ nghỉ ấm cúng. Đề xuất cải thiện duy nhất sẽ là thiết kế phòng tắm, vì vách kính tắm chỉ được xây dựng một phần từ một bên tường trên bồn tắm, khiến nước bắn ra ngoài trong khi tắm. Ngoài ra, mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời và tôi chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn này cho những người khác.

Loved our stay. Location is easy and close to central station. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. ‘Cosy’ room was small but it’s what we expected and we didn’t spend much time in there so was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend
