來銀川出差兩天，提前在攜程找到這家酒店，選擇這家酒店的原因之一就是離高鐵站比較近，到酒店後，酒店大堂裝修就很精緻，辦理入住也比較快，前台小姐姐還為我推薦了附近的美食，服務到位，很用心，感謝他們！房間是那種輕奢風格的裝修，房間大，也很乾凈，樓層內還有個休息區可以看書休憩，挺不錯的！早餐也很豐盛（忘記拍照），自助式的。總之，下次來銀川，還會選擇這家酒店。

這個價格的酒店，一般無功無過都會給5分好評，但這次體驗屬實有些無語。 1，保潔服務硬闖房門。想睡懶覺，房門設定了請勿打擾並反鎖。誰曾想，保潔9點連續敲門兩次，我半夢半醒沒有應答，結果驚訝地聽到保潔直接刷卡開門了！要不是反鎖，保潔已經推門進來了！保潔發現打不開，又刷卡一次，下壓門把，企圖開門。門鎖報警把我嚇清醒了，大喊誰啊？！回覆“要打掃嗎？”我説現在不用，保潔直接走了——頭一次遇到如此“鬆弛自由”地客房保潔服務。 2，房間隔音效果極差。隔壁房住户打了一上午電話，我竟然可以每一句都聽得清清楚楚，甚至連電話對面都可聽清，吵得難以休息。後續換房後，衹要隔壁説話，也都能聽清內容，説明不衹是某間的問題。 唯一滿意的是前台的服務態度，熱情積極，幫忙把大床房換了雙床房，對保潔問題道了歉。但其解釋是：保潔是最近新招的，還沒培訓到位，“看不懂房門標識”。客房服務人員不在乎好評率，但前台經理要背評分壓力，希望體諒他們前台的不易，仍給5分好評。這種解釋雖令人困惑，但按其要求體諒，可把2分評價提升打到3分。至於更高評分，還是等其他顧客在他們“培訓好”後，過來入住再打出罷。

BBlade.around.the.worldThe Zhongwei Shadu Hotel is 4 star property located on a roundabout next to the highway linking Zhongwei with the Shapotou river scenic area. It's about 8 kilometres to town or about 20 yuan by taxi. The Shapotou river area is 11 kilometres away while the Shapotou desert area is about 16 kilometres away. The immediate area of the hotel once filled with shops and restaurants has now mainly closed down and is pretty much abandoned. The hotel itself offers fairly premium rooms with good beds, crisp linens, fresh towels and an excellent bathroom that holds a hot shower with good water pressure. A special note of appreciation to the very friendly and hard working housekeeping who really stand out at this property. The receptionists are not overly friendly but they are professional and are really trying to fulfil the guest's requests as expected from a property of this level. The female manager on duty when we checked in was avoiding eye contact and flatly refused to speak to me directly when I addressed her with an issue. One of the receptionists, the one who showed us our room, (unfortunately we don't know her name), was outstanding in her very friendly attitude. She was very mindful of problem solving. She should be recommended as the hotel's most outstanding employee especially when it comes to dealing with foreign guests. If the location out of town is acceptable for you, the Zhongwei Shadu Hotel is recommended as a decent four star hotel. Probably this hotel is most convenient for guests who arrive with their own car. Recommend ☀️☀️☀️

The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

TTài khoản kháchStayed 1 night late August. 24kms and ¥40 taxi ride from ZhongweiNan fast train station. The area used to be a farm on a bend of the Yellow River. There are numerous accommodation areas, all looking similar. Apparently, one person owns all, and rents out clusters to various entities. Ours had a restaurant, but it wasn't open. For dinner and included breakfast, we went to the first restaurant on the right as you enter through the security gate from the carpark. Peaceful part of the world. Facility had a nice little pool, but water was too cold. Too dangerous to swim in the river. As you face the river, we walked right to a glamping area and had a cold beer. There is a petting zoo type deal on the way. To the left, you eventually climb up to a mini version of the great wall. Keep walking, for a side track to the river, or up to a little pavilion after crossing a road. + points, well set up, peaceful and secure. - points, zero English and most frustrating experience I've had in China even with apps both ways. We all travel with a price to quality/experience ratio. In this instance, far too high, and I wouldn't be back or recommend this place

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

The staff was also kind and helpful. It's possible to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out. The location is a bit of a mixed bag, but that's more due to the fact that Yinchuan station is quite far from the city center (about one hour by bus). The hotel itself is located very close to the city center, but there aren't too many things to do there. Still, public transportation is quite accessible from the hotel, and of course, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money, especially since cheaper hotels don't seem to accept foreigners.

OOtautahianThe hotel is big and the east wing is modern. The breakfast selection was impressive. There is no laundry room for guests to use, but the reception can organize for your washing to be collected from your room. Wanda plaza is about a 12 minute walk away. The service was mixed when I was there - one receptionist was abrupt with me and other guests, but the woman who showed me to my room could not have been nicer. There was fresh fruit waiting in the room for me. Foreigners can stay at this hotel, but when I checked into they told me the system was slow that day (or possibly for foreigners in general), so they lead me to sit in the lounge for twenty minutes while they processed my check in.
