Giá cả phải chăng, vị trí thuận tiện, nên cơ sở vật chất cũ kỹ có thể bỏ qua được! Cảm giác thật tuyệt khi có thể đi mua sắm n*** khi ra ngoài. Tuy người dân địa phương không khuyến khích ăn bánh bao Laobian ở gần đó, nhưng giờ chúng tôi vẫn nhớ nó. Nó ngon thật sự. Tiếc là họ không bán mang về. Nó lỗi thời quá!

We stayed at Novotel Dalian Zhongshan as a family, and chose it largely because it’s a newly opened hotel (2025). While the location felt slightly less central than we expected, it was hardly a drawback—taxi fares are very affordable, making it easy to get around. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a real advantage, especially for families. The room itself was immaculately clean, exceptionally spacious, and paired with a beautiful view, it made for a very comfortable stay. We were also genuinely pleased with the fruit and beverage service, which felt thoughtful and welcoming. One more highlight: the delivery robot was fascinating—no matter how many times we saw it, it still felt surprisingly cool and memorable! Overall, a modern, well-maintained hotel that we’d happily recommend to families seeking comfort and a touch of something new.

Excellent boutique hotel with thoughtful room amenities and hotel facilities.  Friendly concierge and room service staff. Location is relatively central and is serviced by metro (~700m) and buses. Clean and well maintained.  I would recommend others to stay here when visiting Shenyang.

At first I booked another hotel but was disappointed with their cleanliness and the room smelled very bad. So I canceled it and booked this hotel. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend it to travelers. As a marketing and tourism professional, I am completely satisfied with the hotel service. I also wrote them a personal note about my feelings. Check in and check out was very friendly and nice. Thanks again for providing excellent services. I hope you will maintain the same attitude towards other travellers also. Finally, a personal thank you for heating my food twice. Best wishes for hotel staffs. The only friendly suggestion I have for them is regarding the breakfast menu. Please also more vegetable dishes and cookies. Most dishes are mixed with meat (Pork). Sorry, I had some reservation about meat so I didn't prefer the dishes. In fact, I ate egg tarts, bread with butter and drink a cup of coffee. I hope you guys will work on this. Overall, there are plenty of meal options for those who eat meat (pork) at breakfast. Thank you.

I went to Shenyang for some personal business. I booked this hotel because its near the place I have to go. Affordable and good facilities. There are water bottles available in the hallway for convenience. The breakfast is okay for its price. The staff are helpful even if we had to use translator apps. I have trip.com rewards so we can do late check out which is a plus as we were tired and we can rest before our return trip. The only thing I didn’t like is that the air-con is too noisy at night which contributed to bad sleep. Its good for its price.
