The hotel was okay for a short stay. The room was clean, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. Staff were polite, though service could be faster. It met basic expectations, but there’s room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great, the bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was excellent. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very well maintained. The only issue I faced was the presence of small cockroaches in the room. I believe this is something that can be solved , as everything else about my stay was truly enjoyable

I booked a last-minute business trip to Clark and stayed here for one night. While my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. They offered me a lower-category room and, though the price difference couldn’t be refunded (due to my indirect booking), they generously credited it for dining—a thoughtful touch! The next day, I had a full day out on meetings, I needed a late check-out to freshen up before my flight, and the team accommodated me without hesitation. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped (complimentary waters, coffee, toiletries, iron, and safe), and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff’s warmth and attentiveness—always eager to help. This level of service, combined with the good amenities, makes this hotel a top choice for business travelers. I’ll absolutely return on my next visit!

Chúng tôi lưu trú ở resort không phải như chúng tôi mong đợi vì nó là một khu nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp với giá phòng đắt tiền. Đó là mùa Giáng sinh nhưng nơi này thiếu chương trình hoặc hoạt động Giáng sinh để giải trí khách và làm cho kỳ nghỉ hơn lễ hội. Dịch vụ ăn uống chậm và mất thời gian để mang theo lệnh ăn lên bàn của khách. Cũng lệnh ăn uống hơi mắc nhưng hương vị và bày nói chỉ trung bình. Resort cũng không thân thiện với các dân lớn tuổi/PWD vì có rất nhiều cầu thang. Đối diện tôi muốn khen ngợi vì dịch vụ tuyệt vời, thân thiện và chu đáo của nhân viên từ dọn phòng đến lễ tân và concierge/security.
