This session provides a unique opportunity to explore your artistic side while immersing yourself in the power of sound.

Taking place at Poplar Union in London, Create and make in sound is designed for individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels. Whether you are an experienced artist or a beginner, this session welcomes everyone. No prior experience in art, creative practice, or music is necessary.

Led by Rowha and Heather, this session begins with a grounding meditation and a short sound cycle. These practices allow you to connect with your physical, mental, and emotional states. From there, Rowha guides you through a creative session while Heather accompanies with the soothing sounds of Himalayan bowls, gong, and crystal bowls.

As the session comes to a close, you will be guided through a body scan and reflection to encourage personal connection and artistic contemplation. All materials needed for the session will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring materials from home to incorporate into your work.

Please note that the session on March 18th is for participants aged 18 and above, while the session on March 23rd is family-friendly.
