Great location only several minutes walking from main street. A bit aged but acceptable for that price. Great value lodge.

Khách sạn cũ hơn nhưng sạch sẽ. Thuận tiện đến Gatlinburg, và đường công viên Smoky Mountain. Căn phòng có mọi thứ bạn cần tủ lạnh mini, máy pha cà phê nhỏ, máy sấy tóc. Thang máy lên tầng hai và ba. Nhưng không thuận tiện đến cả hai cuối của lối vào ngoài trời lớn. Giường rất thoải mái. Căn phòng có một chiếc TV màn hình trạng trơn nhưng điều khiển từ xa không hoạt động. Chúng tôi đã cố gắng gọi điện cho quầy lễ tân, nhưng điện thoại cũng không hoạt động. Khi chúng tôi đến quầy lễ tân để nói với họ, họ nói họ không biết các phòng có điện thoại. Họ cho chúng tôi một điều khiển mới cũng không hoạt động. Chỉ có 1 khăn giặt và khăn tắm trong phòng, nhưng họ cho chúng tôi thêm khi chúng tôi đến quầy lễ tân. Máy lạnh hoạt động tốt. Hồ bơi mở nhưng không được sưởi như quảng cáo.

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Great hotel, great location! Housekeeping did not replace items in room (toilet paper, cups, etc) but room was clean.

Chúng tôi đi lúc 8 giờ, nhưng khi chúng tôi trở lại nó đã được Bữa sáng thật kinh khủng và ngày nào cũng như vậy. Trứng nước, xào cháy, một cái xếp, khoai, bánh mì, xào, bánh mì, tủ lạnh nhỏ với 1 gallon sữa, những cái xà nước, những cái xô bò, bơm kem, và dầu. Không có oatmeal, yogurt, bánh khoai sẽ rất tuyệt. Máy pha cà phê ở sảnh đổ ra khuôn viên, nói với chúng tôi nó bị hỏng, chồng tôi nói với cô ấy, cố gắng dọn nó và lấy hết các khu vực - sau đó nó hoạt động sau khi anh quay lại. We have stayed here multiple times in the past 5-10 years, so we *thought* we knew what we were going to get. It's summer in Nashville, so I'm somewhat ok looking the other way with the building and room feeling humid. The room as a whole was fine; comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, fairly comfy chair & ottoman. The minor things are just confusing and concerning that this once Awesome hotel is trending down. 🚪the key card on the door was busted! Sliding in the card was the MOST FINICKY OF ALL TIME, giving us problems. One time the key card slid all the way in, eating the card. Maintenance came to retrieve the card. No fix was made, we were just told to be careful. 🪟 The sunshades behind the window curtain was janky AF, the left side was down but wouldn't move (the cord had been removed and tucked at the top). All while the right was up without a way to get it down, except to pull it. But when I did that, I realized why they had it up and the electric motor turned off... It didn't go all the way down and was shredded. 💧The sink is backwards, hot water to the right & cool to the left. 🌡️ The thermostat was broken. While the room was kept cool, it was uncomfortably cool with it being humid. It was humid enough that the furniture had a tacky feel to it. Did the room work for us, yes. Were all the small things adding up make us consider that our next trip will be booked elsewhere, also yes.
