Every is good. Front desk staff is very polite and helpful. The location is best for traveler who arrive at the airport late at night. It has a covered walkway from the airport to the hotel. You will never get lost for sure. Once you arrive at the airport and pick your bag from the baggage claims, you will see a signpost to the hotel. Super convenient and safe. (Unfortunately, I visit this hotel when there’s kind of construction so the water is affected and unclean at that time. But I know if I visit here again at the right time, it will be very best experience)

The staff were great but the place could have used a cleaning. We moved the bed and it looked like the floors under it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We thought there would be a pool based on what we booked online but this location did not have one when we arrived. We also booked a room with two Queen beds and received two full. Not a deal breaker but not what we signed up for either. Overall not bad for the price and it was close to everything we wanted to do. I wouldn’t stay there again now knowing there are a lot more options

I was worried but I am glad I gave them a chance. Some of the reviews had me scared but my experience was great. First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

Didn't get fresh towels when requested & had to make 2nd Request for towels....also had to request for trash cans to be emptied two times and they only emptied one (1) can & other two (2) the bedroom & bathroom cans were left untouched. Tried to request room service from the Gateway Grill but had to leave a message and didn't get a call back until almost an hour later & by then I had ordered from Uber Eats!!!

We came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

Thang máy lên tầng hai và ba. Nhưng không thuận tiện đến cả hai cuối của lối vào ngoài trời lớn. Giường rất thoải mái. Căn phòng có một chiếc TV màn hình trạng trơn nhưng điều khiển từ xa không hoạt động. Chúng tôi đã cố gắng gọi điện cho quầy lễ tân, nhưng điện thoại cũng không hoạt động. Khi chúng tôi đến quầy lễ tân để nói với họ, họ nói họ không biết các phòng có điện thoại. Họ cho chúng tôi một điều khiển mới cũng không hoạt động. Chỉ có 1 khăn giặt và khăn tắm trong phòng, nhưng họ cho chúng tôi thêm khi chúng tôi đến quầy lễ tân. Máy lạnh hoạt động tốt. Hồ bơi mở nhưng không được sưởi như quảng cáo.

TTài khoản kháchSo I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

LLoreeann32Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

TTài khoản khách'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us. Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast. The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.

Bảo trì đến và nói rằng nó đã được sửa chữa, anh ấy có mùi như thuốc lá. Đã đi phòng tắm vào giữa đêm và nó sẽ không xả nước, sợ nó sẽ lớn. Gọi vào buổi sáng, được thông báo chúng tôi chỉ có thể sử dụng phòng tắm gần bàn 😳. Nói bảo sửa chữa sẽ đến sau 7. RReedPWe have stayed here multiple times in the past 5-10 years, so we *thought* we knew what we were going to get. It's summer in Nashville, so I'm somewhat ok looking the other way with the building and room feeling humid. The room as a whole was fine; comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, fairly comfy chair & ottoman. The minor things are just confusing and concerning that this once Awesome hotel is trending down. 🚪the key card on the door was busted! Sliding in the card was the MOST FINICKY OF ALL TIME, giving us problems. One time the key card slid all the way in, eating the card. Maintenance came to retrieve the card. No fix was made, we were just told to be careful. 🪟 The sunshades behind the window curtain was janky AF, the left side was down but wouldn't move (the cord had been removed and tucked at the top). All while the right was up without a way to get it down, except to pull it. But when I did that, I realized why they had it up and the electric motor turned off... It didn't go all the way down and was shredded. 💧The sink is backwards, hot water to the right & cool to the left. 🌡️ The thermostat was broken. While the room was kept cool, it was uncomfortably cool with it being humid. It was humid enough that the furniture had a tacky feel to it. Did the room work for us, yes. Were all the small things adding up make us consider that our next trip will be booked elsewhere, also yes.
