It’s hard to know where is a good place to stay in Riyadh. But thanks to their excellent metro system and cheap taxis you can actually stay in most areas and be connected as it is a HUGE city well spread out. This hotel was great. Very modern and a stupendous breakfast full of Saudi and world cuisines. Staff frindly and check in 24 hours which is handy when your flight arrives at 3am! Thanks for the lovely stay.

The room was quiet big and spacious. The location was great. Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport.

MMsMelissaDisappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

AAsmaskLet’s us start from the beginning of my entrance The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

HH Stefan BrachaI have no words to describe how good this hotel is Itreally feels like a five star hotel I am a retired physician and I am from Honolulu Hawaii so know hotels. and traveling through Scandinavia in much of the rest Europe and the UK of the last four years I’ve stayed in more than two dozen four star hotels.  And this one is easily is in the top 10% The service is the best of any hotel I’ve ever been in. from the reception desk to the restaurant staff, to the cheerful people who efficiently run the coffee shop in the lobby etc. The buffet is beyond belief and à la cart menu is extensive and available late into the night  i’ve been to several well-known Middle Eastern restaurants in London in Oxford UK the buffet here is better than any of them The end hotel has the grandest lobby of all two dozen that I’ve seen for the last four years And the location cannot be beat I intended to only stay four days, but extended to three times that one reason was, I wanted to try all the dishes in the buffet at least twice. I was planning to try some of the recommended restaurants in town, but decided that it is unlikely that there will be any better than the this hotels restaurant. I was trying hard to think of anything negative to say just to show some balance, but I cannot think of anything This is the place to stay if you are in Riyadh
