酒店位於祖谷溫泉, 地點上比較偏僻, 附近亦無連鎖便利店, 因此比較不方便。 而且駕車進入酒店時需經過一段很窄的路, 需要小心。 但停車場很大可以容納很多輛車, 不用擔心泊車問題。 一到酒店已經有工作人員歡迎並且幫我們拿行李上房, 店員服務態度亦很友善。 酒店房雖然較舊, 但亦算乾淨整潔。 酒店提供的晚餐是和式料理, 很美味。 溫泉設施相當良好, 體驗舒服。 值得一提酒店離祖谷藤蔓橋很近, 去遊覽的話只需5-10的步程, 相當方便。

A really nice hotel that is near to Bizan ropeway and the Tokushima station! It is next to a local shopping mall with a big muji! Very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast restaurant! Would definitely stay here again if back to Tokushima!

The hotel is good value for money with hearty Japanese and basic western breakfast buffet included. Location wise, it is more convenient for car driving travellers as there is only one shopping centre nearby and no other shops or eateries within short walking distances. Room is cleaned every 3 days but clean towels are provided daily. Stop for Buses going to the Onaruto Bridge, the Naruto Whirlpool boat tours, the Otsuka Museum of Art stop is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Staff members were polite and helpful. A wide range of daily use items were available for guests including dripping coffee packs and warm pads.  Lawson convenient store is right across the street. The car park was big enough which included outdoor and indoor area.

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe Bahnhof, dennoch ruhig. Sehr freundliche, kompetente Mitarbeiter, Zimmer gross !, sehr sauber. Ein kleines, feines Hotel. Das Frühstück - ausgezeichnet, grosse Auswahl, westlich wie japanisch, stylisches Ambiente - wird nicht im Hotel Agnes direkt angeboten sondern im nahegelegenem, ca. 100 m, ”Mutterhaus”. Auch der Onsen ist nicht direkt im Agnes sondern im ebenfalls zugehörigem Hotel direkt gegenüber vom Agnes, ca. 15 m über die Strasse, Bahnhof, Läden, Busbahnhof in ca. 250 m Entfernung. Für mich in Bezug auf Preis / Leistung ein optimales Hotel. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
