Great location right next to a tram station and not far from SMN. Bus stop that takes you to piazzale Michangelo is also around the corner. Breakfast was alright for what it was, delicious honey comb was on offer. Room was spacious for one and would work well for a couple as well. Air con worked great as my room faced west so got quite hot in the evenings. Bathroom could have used a bit of work as it showed signs of aging.

Nice old hotel. No frills but the room was spacious and clean. We had to park the car some 200-300 m away and walk. Located not too far from the historical center and SPA. There`s also a grocery and DM shop, very convenient. The host at the reception was really nice. Grazie!

Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

Yêu khách sạn này rất nhiều🏨! Nói về khuyết điểm trước tiên, phòng không lớn nhưng khách sạn châu Âu đắt tiền nhưng cơ sở vật chất đầy đủ, sạch sẽ. Ưu điểm: Khách sạn thiết kế rất thời trang, lối vào có xích đu, mình thích màu hồng, còn có khu trò chuyện giải trí rộng rãi, ghế ngồi thoải mái, uống cà phê và sấy khô ngoài trời rất thoải mái. Khách sạn 🏨 cung cấp dịch vụ giặt là miễn phí, cạnh phòng giặt là khu vui chơi giải trí với bàn bóng bàn, bàn board game, phòng âm nhạc, mọi người có thể giết thời gian trong lúc chờ lấy quần áo. Cuối cùng, tại quầy bar trên sân thượng, bạn có thể gọi đồ uống và ngắm cảnh về đêm của Nhà Thờ Hoa.

Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas. Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. TTom loves to travelMe and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
