May mắn thay, anh chàng giúp đỡ chúng tôi ở khách sạn rất tốt bụng. Phòng khách sạn cũng khá sạch sẽ và gọn gàng theo ý kiến ​​của tôi. Bức ảnh thứ hai là ảnh bình minh vào một ngày trời quang đãng mà tôi đã nhờ anh ấy chụp, điều này đã bù đắp cho việc bỏ lỡ bình minh và hoàng hôn. We had the best views of the Yalu River, Broken bridge and the friendship bridge from our room and could look into North Korea with binoculars. The binoculars in the room were a thoughtful addition. Mr. Huang Rui at the Reception desk was very helpful. He helped us with transport and restaurant recommendations and kept checking in on us from time to time. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was really small and congested. However, the breathtaking view made up for it. So, no complaints. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service. Even though I wasn’t the easiest guest—having to modify my travel plans when my friend joined me during my stay—the manager went above and beyond to quickly adjust my booking multiple times to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and staffed with many kind and helpful coworkers. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

We booked this hotel about a month in advance for our New Year trip to Dalian. Since we arrived early, we asked the staff if we could leave our luggage and go out, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us ㅠㅠ. The room was very spacious, clean, and new. Whenever there was an issue, such as the heating not being warm enough, the staff assisted us immediately. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dalian.

This is a well priced for a quality and a very well located hotel I n the center of Shenyang. It is metres away from restaurants, food halls and maintain station. The service of relation manager , Bessie is beyond compared. From the check in and to the check out, she is there to help foreigners. Her command of English is excellent and her knowledge of the area is tremendous. She can advise you for your needs and show you directions. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers visiting Shenyang. The room is large, and cleaned everyday.

Khi đi du lịch Trung Quốc, tôi thường đến các chuỗi cửa hàng Jinjiang. Ở đây, dịch vụ tiêu chuẩn cũng sạch sẽ. Tôi lo lắng về mùi thuốc lá trong phòng hút thuốc, nhưng không sao. Thông gió từ cửa sổ phòng rất tốt. Đặc biệt, hệ thống sưởi ấm trong phòng ấm áp và không có tiếng ồn. Chỉ cần đi bộ là đến Quảng trường Hữu nghị. Tôi đã sử dụng Didi trên đường về nhà vì hành lý của tôi. Có các nhà hàng và cửa hàng tiện lợi gần đó. Trạm xe buýt nằm n*** phía trước. Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours. The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about. The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat. One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!

The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.
