If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

Phòng nghỉ được bài trí trang nhã và từng chi tiết đều đầy sự khéo léo. Chiếc giường êm ái như mây, giúp tôi có giấc ngủ ngon. Đội ngũ phục vụ nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp. Khi bước vào cửa hàng, bạn sẽ cảm nhận được phong cách lạ thường. Ánh đèn ấm áp và lối trang trí trang nhã chào đón du khách từ khắp nơi trên thế giới. Phòng bố trí tinh tế, cơ sở vật chất đầy đủ và được bảo trì tốt, đồ vệ sinh cá nhân và các sản phẩm chăm sóc đều có mùi thơm và chất lượng tuyệt vời. Nhân viên nhẹ nhàng, thân thiện, giải đáp thắc mắc nhiệt tình, chu đáo, đặt khách hàng lên hàng đầu trong mọi việc dù lớn hay nhỏ. Bữa sáng rất phong phú và ngon miệng, với nguyên liệu tươi ngon và cách trình bày tinh tế. Ở lại đây sẽ khiến bạn cảm thấy hạnh phúc về thể chất và tinh thần. Tôi thực sự khuyên mọi người nên đến đây để trải nghiệm cuộc hành trình phi thường.

Khi đi du lịch cùng gia đình, tôi đã đặt ba phòng cao cấp hướng ra thành phố, một trong số đó có tầm nhìn ra Sông Dương Tử và có chương trình biểu diễn ánh sáng vào ban đêm. Khách sạn có vị trí rất thuận tiện trên phố đi bộ Jianghan ở trung tâm thành phố, nơi có nhiều nơi để ăn uống và vui chơi. Đội ngũ lễ tân, nhân viên dọn phòng và thậm chí cả dịch vụ robot đều rất tốt. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Gia đình tôi đã gọi bữa sáng tại khách sạn, có nhiều lựa chọn món ăn và họ rất thích. Cá nhân tôi thích gọi đồ ăn mang về để thử bữa sáng địa phương, và chú robot đã chu đáo mang đồ ăn mang về đến tận phòng tôi. 

Đây là khách sạn được đồng nghiệp giới thiệu, nhìn chung khá tốt. Giao thông thuận tiện, bạn có thể đi mua sắm trên đường Lihuangpi và đường Lanling, bên kia đường là sông Dương Tử và bãi sông, nhìn ra sông từ phía khách sạn khá tốt. Vì là dịp lễ hội nên lúc 3h chiều chúng tôi nhận phòng đã hết phòng. Quầy lễ tân tặng chúng tôi phiếu đồ uống miễn phí tầng 2 như một sự an ủi. Sàn phòng được trải thảm để trẻ em có thể thoải mái vui chơi. Về cơ sở vật chất, trong phòng có bồn tắm cho trẻ em chơi trong nhà, có hồ bơi và suối nước nóng trên tầng 4 của khách sạn. Khuyết điểm có thể là chưa được các bé quan tâm quá nhiều, các bé cứ phàn nàn là không có quà, vì anh luôn nhận được những bất ngờ nho nhỏ khi ở khách sạn. Khách sạn cũng không cung cấp trái cây và sữa, đây không phải là phong cách của các chuỗi khách sạn ngày nay.

Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Tôi rất hài lòng. Bản thân tòa nhà của khách sạn là một tòa nhà hiện đại, rất đẹp, rất nổi tiếng vào ban ngày và ban đêm, gần đó có rất nhiều địa điểm đẹp và cũng rất gần với bãi biển sông Hán Khẩu. Tôi đặt một căn phòng nhỏ nhưng ở rất thoải mái. Áp lực nước rất mạnh và tắm nước nóng rất thoải mái. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đánh giá bằng hình ảnh vì tôi rất hài lòng. Chỉ là vì cái cũ Ngôi nhà đã được cải tạo và cách âm không tốt lắm. Chà, tôi bị đánh thức bởi âm thanh từ hành lang vào buổi sáng, nhưng nhìn chung nó rất tốt. Tôi được tặng đồ ăn nhẹ khi rời đi và bãi đậu xe đã được sắp xếp. Nó rất đẹp Tốt.
