Although property is bit old and not well maintained,room size was exceptionally huge with huge bathroom and jacuzzi,which wasn't working thiugh. Location was excellent near river, we could see river right at doorstep of balcony and veranda. It's close to city center and near Elephant mountain, getting around was easy. Breakfast was decent(3.5/5) and It's antique place(4/5) , not bad with price offered and location (5/5) ,if you can compromise on cleanliness (3/5) and maintenance (3/5)

Ngoài ra còn có những bộ trang phục dân tộc đặc biệt trong cửa hàng mà bạn có thể mặc để chụp ảnh.

We stayed at JiYun Resort as two guests and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment before we even arrived, the team was already attentive and thoughtful. They noted that it was my birthday and surprised us with a cake, an extra gift, and even a hand drawn card. It was incredibly kind and meant so much to us. The front desk team was always on top of everything. They were responsive, proactive, and genuinely caring. The concierge support on WeChat was exceptional. No matter how small our question or request was, they answered quickly and clearly, which made everything feel easy and stress free for us as English speakers. Each evening, it was such a comfort to come back to a warm meal. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and it became something we really looked forward to after long days exploring. The location is also excellent with beautiful views and easy access to the village, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. We had to leave early in the morning and were unable to attend breakfast, but the team kindly prepared a breakfast to go for us. They also helped us arrange transportation and made sure everything was smooth. That level of care and support made us feel so looked after. Although we did not have time to try the resort experiences, our stay was still incredibly special. We slept very well after our days in the countryside and felt completely taken care of throughout. The entire staff, including the morning security team, were warm, kind, and welcoming. As first time visitors to a Chinese resort, we were a bit nervous, but the team made everything seamless. They helped us with communication even before the stay, provided rain gear when needed, and gave helpful advice on where to go. Their care and attention truly made this experience unforgettable. This stay made us fall in love with the region, and we would absolutely return. Thank you to the entire JiYun team for such a beautiful and thoughtful experience.

Phòng rất đẹp và siêu sạch sẽ (tôi rất kén chọn về vấn đề vệ sinh và sạch sẽ nhưng khách sạn này hoàn hảo theo nghĩa này) và dịch vụ tốt, vị trí cũng đẹp vì rất yên tĩnh và xung quanh cũng yên tĩnh. Thậm chí còn có một xe thoải mái do khách sạn sắp xếp! Một trong những điều tuyệt vời nhất là buổi chụp ảnh chuyên nghiệp do khách sạn cung cấp, bạn có thể chọn miễn phí một bộ trang phục truyền thống đẹp mắt và họ cũng sẽ cung cấp tất cả các phụ kiện và thậm chí còn có chuyên gia trang điểm để chăm sóc lớp trang điểm của bạn, vì vậy bạn không cần' Không cần quần áo hay đồ trang điểm đẹp vì mọi thứ đều do địa điểm chụp ảnh của khách sạn sắp xếp. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for such a warm welcome. I spent three wonderful days at the hotel, and the whole experience felt like a continuous spa retreat. I feel truly rested and refreshed. My room had a stunning view of the mountains, which made my mornings special. I also really appreciated that a massage and a tea ceremony were included in the price. Each session was filled with deep philosophical meaning, and I truly enjoyed them. I spent a lot of time within the hotel, so I’m grateful for the included activities. A special thank you for the delicious coffee! I noticed you use DeLonghi coffee machines—they really make a great cup of coffee. The breakfast menu was also very diverse and tasty. The only minor issue was with the hot water, as it took quite a long time to heat up. However, the staff handled it professionally and settled everything. Thank you for a soul-soothing stay! I highly recommend this place.

Wow best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had the option of staying in Guilin or Xingping before leaving by high speed train, so we decided to stay here for a night. By far the best place on our whole trip. The pickup and drop off service was amazing and very attentive through WeChat. While many places advertise english services, the lovely lady at reception was very fluent and friendly. On arrival, we were offered afternoon tea and drinks as well as FREE laundry services before leaving the next day (Wow). We were then told about the rooftop photography area which was also lovely. Our room was amazing, there was a huge walk in closet, huge bathroom with bath, shower and an automated toilet. We headed out to town for the afternoon and on our return at ~7pm were picked up and brought back to the hotel. After looking for dinner, the lovely lady at the counter told us about the adjoining restaurant which was discounted for guests. Because it was the low season (which surprised us as the weather was really nice), the restaurant was completely empty so we had 1 on 1 service. After about 30 minutes of cooking the just killed fish, we had one of the nicest and freshest meals on our trip. After all that there was a midnight snack, which was set up à la carte. Everything was delicious Overall completely worth the money, they could easily charge more given the service which was better than many of the 5 star chain hotels we’ve been to.

Firstly the location is spectacular, which is the main reason we booked. The view from the room was really beautiful and it was easy enough to get to the old town by boat. Secondly the owner was so lovely and helpful and helped us organise many activities, and even accompanied us on a few. The staff are very responsive and helpful on wechat and helped us organise activities and meals. The dog was also a big highlight for our kids, especially my daughter who even cried about leaving him. The terrace is lovely too and has an amazing view. The meals cooked for us were very nice, and breakfast was adequate. The room is ok, a bit basic but met our needs. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are not sound proof, and therefore you hear every sound in the corridor and stairs. We travelled with young children who go to bed early and they struggled to fall asleep with the noise of kids running, playing and screaming in the hallway. It may not be an issue for those going to sleep later, but for us it was tough. The staff however did respond to our feedback and asked the kids to be quiet, but you do still hear people moving around outside. Overall I would recommend.
