This hotel is historic and its in the heart of Annapolis which makes things easier for not needing your vehicle locally. It does take 20-30 min for the valet to retrieve your vehicle so plan ahead. I gave it an average for location because they have 3 buildings yet you wont know which you will be in. 1 queen beed room in the Maryland Inn building is small so be prepared. Also its an old building so you can hear the pipes and people in the halls. Also its near the street so you hear the drunk people outside. There is a bar/restaurant attached to the Maryland Inn building. The room has a TV and a mini fridge. The room is so small that the temp controlled by a single machine so it goes off every 5 min or so making the room extremely cold or hot. All in all I give this hotel a 3.5/5 . Staff was great. Hôm trả phòng chúng tôi hỏi sẽ ok không nếu chúng tôi để xe ở bãi đậu xe và đi chơi ở hồ bơi vài tiếng trước khi về nhà, và họ hoàn toàn mát mẻ với điều đó. hồ bơi trên tầng thượng rất đẹp với quầy bar và gió gió liên tục. Chúng tôi đặt phòng ”Bay front”, nhưng chúng tôi không ngờ có tầm nhìn thực sự đẹp của vịnh từ phòng của chúng tôi. Đây là lý do tôi đã quay lại Princess Bayside trong nhiều năm.

This was a great location without being on the boardwalk, but close enough to everything. The staff was friendly, and the room was very nice and clean. Rooms have been renovated and new furniture and was very nice. The pool area needs a lot of updating. It’s faded, broken tiles on the pool, and they have a broken splash pad that has not worked for who knows how long. The free breakfast was adequate, however the area for guests to eat was very small and for some reason had an insane amount of flies all over which mad eating not great. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 6.5.

Service was pretty good in the updated facilities. The check in lady was friendly and did her best to get me in my room as soon as possible. The room was upgraded, new flooring, furniture, and bathroom facilities. The floors were a little dusty. The floors are no longer carpeted, they have some type of laminate flooring. Maybe cleaning staff is not used to maintaining this type of flooring yet. the door to the room was off center. There were large gaps around the door which allowed lots of light from the hallway to penetrate the room when it is dark.

Had a nice trip ....only downside was the pool...the strong smell of chlorine is unbearable..

This was our first time staying at Hampton Suites in Ocean City. The desk clerks( Alyssa,Jennifer and Danielle) were so nice and friendly. The checkin and checkout process was fast and easy. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. The pet friendly option was great as well.Would highly recommend this place..didn't disappoint!

The check-in was easy and the attendant was very pleasant. The room was clean, however the hallways, stairways and elevator appeared to not have been vacuumed for a few days. Being beachfront, having hallways and stairways that are carpeted, or the rooms for that matter, is not a good idea. Even though the room was clean, you could feel the dampness in the carpet. Not a pleasant feeling.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was wonderful and the service was great. Everyone was helpful and nice. We didn't eat any food there, but I'm sure it is good. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely include this on our list of places to stay in Ocean City, MD.
