It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient and the hotel is clean, which I truly appreciated. That being said, I was hoping for a slightly warmer atmosphere. While the staff were polite and professional, I did find them a bit reserved at times. A little more warmth, smiles, and energy would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi during my stay, which was inconvenient. Also, the soundproofing in the hotel could be improved — I could clearly hear noise from other guests, including people speaking loudly in the hallways.

Ottina struttura, ottima posizione. Servizi buoni, personale gentile. Unico pelo nell'uovo, il personale della reception non è stato il massimo della cortesia per un problema che poi in realtà ha risolto efficacemente questo sito si prenotazione.

Che dire un Villaggio bellissimo , La prenotazione per visitare l’isola di Tavolara con Matteo è stata rapidissima a parte la connessione lenta😅 persona molto professionale, complimenti per tutto il complesso , veramente un panorama mozzafiato , non ho provato là vostra cucina lo farò sicuramente alla prossima occasione. Complimenti.!!!

🌟 Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt im Club Hotel Baja Sardinia! 🌟 Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Hotel und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Service war durchgehend herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam – das gesamte Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: große Auswahl, frische Zutaten, köstlicher Cappuccino und dazu der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer – einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Ein besonderes Plus ist der private Strandbereich, der sehr gepflegt ist und genug Platz für alle Gäste bietet. Das Wasser ist kristallklar, und es gibt immer genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme – kein Stress, kein Gedränge. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht von Baja Sardinia, mit Restaurants, kleinen Läden und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Alles in allem: ein Ort, an den wir definitiv zurückkehren möchten! Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit! 💙

The hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby. The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back. Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy. It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling.

Incompetenza e poca professionalità sono la base di questo resort targato Baglioni ma di Baglioni c’è poco se non il logo... Si tratta di un vecchio resort denominato Paradaise, ristrutturato alla meglio e usato come trappola per i turisti stranieri che hanno poche pretese. Personale non formato in modo adeguato e in alcuni casi troppo saccente. Pulizie camere non fatte o fatte in modo sbrigativo, ad orari assurdi come alle 17.30. Lasciando strofinaccio per le pulizie unto , bagnato e colpo di peli nella valigia… Che il guest service ha provveduto a lavare in lavanderia in modo gratuito…direi il minimo in casi come questi. Per un 5 stelle e ancora di più per un Baglioni c’è molto da lavorare per migliore i servizi. Meritano una menzione speciale Paolo e Antonello del servizio spiaggia che fanno di tutto per sopperire alle mancanze della struttura, Francesco del ristorante sempre professionale e il direttore Victoriano per l upgrade.
