Well let's put it this way, you don't go to this Hotel for a fancy hotel, you go for the hot springs. The facilities are starting to become a bit worn, but it's to be expected with so many families and kids running all over. If you want a nicer room, book the tower rooms, the heritage building is very old with thin walls, but it is really neat to stay in the heritage area. I was disappointed because all of my requests were ignored. I asked for a nice view and got the ugliest view in the place. Find it very odd they charge 10 dollars for slippers since most hotels have those. I checked on the actual Harrison Hot springs site as well and it was about half price than here on trip.com and I'm a platinum member on here so I'm starting to think Trip is overpriced here. Check your hotel site first. Also I'm almost positive that rooms booked by trip.com members are given worse hotel treatment. You're basically treated like discount welfare with trip.com

Good services, clean and tidy room, excellent location, but poor facilities. The fridge produce heavy noise every 5 minutes so I have to power it off to guarantee to fall asleep, the thin wall can't prevent noise of ventilation fan in neighboring wash room, I can even feel my bed is shaking, thank god they finally turned it off before 0:00. I just want to be fair in reviews, hoping they do some improvement since it is really lovely hotel with good location.

It wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it covered the essentials well. The only minor drawback was that the living room area felt a bit dated. While still functional and comfortable, a refresh could enhance the overall feel of the suite. That said, Bayview Hotel provided a pleasant stay with plenty of space to relax. It’s a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable and clean hotel

TTài khoản kháchI was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars.
