I think the best quality of this hotel is the service which was perfect . They were sooo nice and welcoming. Booked an early airport drop off for me in a reasonable price and packed my breakfast for the flight! (Which btw is included in the price of the room. The room comes with shampoo, toothbrush and paste, enough water, coffee and tea and there's a kettle. I only needed one night and for that it was good, but! 🙏 If you want a clean room, that is the weak spot of the place The room was not clean, there were stains and hairs on the bad (not mine) And there's a wall-to-wall carpet which is old and dirty So I'm having mix feeling in this review. Overall, I recommend for short term stays :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay — Truly Memorable Experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and genuine care in the best way possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return again soon!

This stay is value for money! Enjoyed their clean bathrooms and well-maintained rooftop restaurant. Receptionists are helpful too. You can book airport transfer for departure on the spot at 1000 rupees. I have nothing but good stuff to say about this lovely hostel, tucked away in a quieter area amidst the bustle of Thamel. Even met friendly roommates who are respectful of each other’s space and privacy here. This adds a little something special to my short stay here in Kathmandu. Thank you for providing a comfy space.

Sara's Backpackers Hotel ist echt ganz okay. Die Lage ist Praktisch, man kommt SCHNELL zu wichtigen orten wie dem Pashupatinath Tempel oder dem Garden of Dreams. Die Zimmer sind Sauber, aber etwas einfach eingerichtet. WLAN GIBT'S kostenlos, aber manchmal bisschen langsam. DAS personal ist super freundlich und hilft bei allem, ob ausflüge oder fragen zur Umgebung. Frühstück ist auch okay, aber nicht Mega besonders – halt landestypisch. Rooftop Terrasse ist echt ein Highlight, Schöne Aussicht zum entspannen. Gibt Auch fahrräder zum leihen, was cool ist. paar sachen könnten besser sein, z.b. die betten sind etwas hart und duschen könnten moderner sein. insgesamt aber gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Würde wiederkommen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb. Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong. Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means. I will certainly choose you again and again every time I come back to this unique Kathmandu I learned to love. Namaste, 🙏🏼.

Our stay was punctuated by delightful mornings indulging in an exquisite breakfast spread. The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! The hotel's al fresco dining experience was an absolute treat. The ambiance was charming, and the food left an indelible mark on our taste buds. With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. FFrances521酒店距離大巴下車位置1公里，預訂之後給我發了2個郵件📧其中一個郵件是告知注意事項，反正有電話號碼，下車給酒店打電話來接我，沒3分鐘就騎個摩託來接我了。房間還可以，在尼泊爾鄉村這個價位就不要挑三揀四，熱水不錯，洗髮水毛巾香皂牙刷都有配，吹風機和熱水要和老闆要，服務很熱情，總體來説不錯。但是這個酒店距離主街有1公里，如果外面吃飯不是很方便，需要預訂的朋友要注意，另外便宜的房間是沒空調的，又另外收了我40人民幣變成了有空調的房間。

TTài khoản kháchThe skyline restaurant is the best at sunset in this hotel. They have a transparent glass floor to watch everything under your feet. Many locals also get dressed up and come here to enjoy the million-dollar-worthy sight. You can also enjoy the buffet breakfast at the same restaurant if staying here. I used the swimming pool and sauna on 9 floor. The staff there are very attentive and friendly. Feel like a queen being there! The room is super clean and smell nice! I am amazed by the A.C. System. Believe me that’s very rare to find in Kathmandu! All is very good from the beginning of check-in and till the end. They have free drop-off transportation to airport. So I would highly recommend to book the last nights in Nepal and enjoy a relaxing evening of here!

TTài khoản kháchWe knew the service would be good as soon as we booked, and within hours we received a welcome email, listing the ways we could contact them if we needed to. On the pick up at the airport, they were speedy and efficient and the taxi ride only took us 20 minutes with traffic. As we walked through the door we were blown away by the interior decoration, only then to find that hotel had been a former palace! Historic artifacts and pictures were strewn through the hallways and the outside only matched the royal feel with perfection. We stayed in the royal suite, with a big bed and balcony. The staff were great, the breakfast was standard for off peak times and although the location isn't in the depth of Thamel, the area most will go out for eating and drinking, it was within 30 minutes drive of most landmarks and as it was the ambassedy/ office worker area, there was a nice vibe. There were some things that can't be controlled. The hotel did a good job of providing heat as the weather in February is still chilly. The pollution was real. Especially as you walk nearer the streets, something to think about if you are sensitive to this. Apart from that, It was all really wonderful. Niraj Yadav the receptionist and the team, we thank you dearly.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a restful stay. The space feels bright and welcoming, and housekeeping keeps everything neat and fresh each day. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to unwind. The staff made a strong impression with their kindness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist with directions, transportation, or local recommendations, and their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. Another highlight is the peaceful environment and lovely views around the property, which add to the relaxing experience.
