Hotel was well located nearby hiking trails and other attractions. The room was very nice, and the facilities in the hotel (sauna, gym) were also great. Breakfast was plentiful. Dinner was just ok. generally, i would recommend this place and would stay again. lastly its important to note: they originally tried to give me a different room than the one i had booked (of course one 'inferior'). the staff tried to say that there was nothign to be done as the platforms (such as Trip, Booking, etc) ”oversell” rooms and then the hotel can't fulfil this request .... this is the first i've come across something like this, and after some insisting, i was placed in the room i booked. still, this left a strange note for the start of my trip.

酒店位置極佳，就在火車站對面。check-in取房時，他最初給了我們一間低層房間，窗外四周全被對面的房間包圍著，完全沒有景觀，而且是天井位置，後來我們要求換房間，因為我在Trip.com預訂的是寫著城市景觀。後來他們立即換了一間面向火車站大街的房間給我們，證明其實是有更好的景觀房間，但他們就是不先給你。房間對着大楷，晚上街上人聲嘈雜，有時會有人喧嘩大叫，或大聲嬉戲。房間面積不大，洗手間及浴室更是面積很小，洗手枱面完全不能放置物品。玻璃窗上亦有塵埃痕跡，完全不像一間名牌酒店， $2000一晚的房間有點不值。

(+) The hotel is less than 10 minute walk from the airport. To go to the city centre, you can go back to the airport to take the tram or bus (20 to 30 min to reach the centre). The bed was very comfortable. (-) The room is very simple, the bathroom is separated from the bed by a curtain for the rate I paid. The floor is quite old, the carpet will need a refresh. Overall, It is fine to stay at this hotel for a night, especially to catch an early flight or if you arrive late.

Excellent location for the tram or train and a 15-minute walk to restaurants. The location is down a side street filled with bars and clubs, so perhaps not suitable for families with younger children. Very clean rooms, small but all you need for a night's stay in a city.

Mooi hotel, ziet er netjes uit schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Wat ik een nadeel vond was dat er geen airco in de kamer aanwezig was en het ontzettend heet was in het hotel. Ook vond ik het bijzonder dat je 25 euro per persoon zou moeten betalen om gebruik te kunnen maken van het zwembad. Je komt daar heen voor de omgeving, was lekker geweest als je dan bijvoorbeeld in de ochtend of avond nog even een uurtje had kunnen zwemmen maar daar ga ik geen 25 euro p.p voor betalen.

FFaridfI stayed at the DoubleTree Luxembourg with my 80-year-old father, who is unwell and was extremely tired after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately, the room we were given was right next to the elevator motors, and the noise kept both of us awake almost the entire night. My father finally managed to fall asleep around 7:00–7:30 AM after hours of discomfort. However, at 8:00 AM, there was a knock on our door. I opened it half-asleep, and the staff member simply said “It’s ok” and walked away. I later saw the same person again in uniform, so clearly they were a member of the hotel team. I still cannot understand why they knocked at that time, and what exactly was “ok,” especially when it was obvious the room had severe noise issues and guests could still be resting. I shared all of this with the reception team and politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of a brief conversation or even a quick acknowledgment, I was handed a handwritten note with the manager’s email. After travelling with an elderly parent who was in pain and exhausted, I was genuinely hoping for a bit of understanding or empathy. Even a short apology would have meant a lot at that moment. I should mention that breakfast was also quite basic and didn’t match the DoubleTree standard I’m familiar with, so overall the stay was unfortunately far below what I usually experience with Hilton properties. I’m writing this not to complain for the sake of complaining, but because the situation placed my father—who is already unwell—under a lot of unnecessary stress. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, this experience was difficult for me, and I sincerely hope management can review what happened and decide on an appropriate way to make this right.

BBarry DoranI had a very nice time at the hotel. It was very practically located, right next to the airport terminal. The room was spacious, had a great view over the airfield, but also over a beautiful terrace garden, and the bed was very comfortable. I tried the restaurant on two different evenings and was very happy with the food and drink on both occasions. Air conditioning worked very well. There were only some minor negative points - hand soap dispenser didn't work, and the shower gel wasn't filled during my 5-night stay I especially appreciated the hotel's location on the morning of my departure - being able to wake up at 4.45am for a 6.15am flight was great! I would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel overall

TTài khoản kháchTravelled to Luxembourg with two friends, 3 people overall. The location is spectacular, very close to the main station as well as the city center. Just great. The room itself was alright, nothing fancy, generally clean. Towels were provided. No AC, so be aware of that in summer time. The beds were not very long, but if you are below 1.85m you should be fine!
