I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya.

The room is quite spacious and offers a great city view. The Smart TV is available, but it only supports YouTube and Netflix, with no other streaming options. The interior appears to need some refreshing, as there are visible signs of wear and tear on the wallpaper. The bathroom also requires more thorough cleaning; the bathtub water was yellowish, which was unpleasant. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, but the overall taste was average.

First time I arrived I thought it was a little outdated. Then when I saw the room doors they look strange too, but I could easily walk past that. Room needs some renovation or upgrade. One of the front office staff were not even giving off smile (the male one), but yeah I didn’t want to give him too much attention. Didn’t try their breakfast buffet so I cannot comment on that. Tried their soto ayam dish a la carte and it was quite comforting. There was snacks provided, that was well appreciated. Also the housekeeping lady was nice and polite. Overall I may have to put this hotel as a second option next time I’m coming to Surabaya.

Bathroom amenities include a bidet, shampoo, slippers, hair dryer (upon request), walk-in shower, and complimentary toiletries—ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. 2. Location & Facilities Situated strategically on Jl. Diponegoro No. 215 in Wonokromo, it’s close to major attractions like Korea Park, Thor Square, Ciputra World Mall, Tunjungan Plaza, and BG Junction. Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

The location is super convenient, just right opposite the Tunjungan Plaza. The staff are polite and greet us with a smile whenever they see us. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. My only suggestion is maybe they can provide bathrobes in the rooms.

The only little quirk I noticed is that the walls are a bit on the thin side; I could definitely hear the staff having a chat in the hallway while I was in my room.

Hotel is quite new and spacious room for good rest. All the basic amenities is provided and aircon work well. Opposite was KFC and some local eatery so quite convenience for anytime need. We most of time using Grab hauling service when go out and come back. Satisfy to the stay. Thank you.

The location is very convenient. The receptionist Apreriya is friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean, but there weren’t slippers and hair dryer. I had a nice rest there before moving to my next destination. That’s pity that the swimming pool is closed due to renovation until 25th August.
