So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

We normally stay at the Hilton but I checked other hotels and found the holiday inn on trip. I can honestly say that the Hilton hotel in reading is not a patch on the holiday inn. The holiday inn is cleaner, the rooms are better and the breakfast was great, with lots of choice. Not forgetting the staff, they were polite and very welcoming.

The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable. The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.

Gần đây tôi đã nghỉ tại khách sạn này và có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Vị trí hoàn hảo, chỉ cách ga tàu điện ngầm một đoạn đi bộ ngắn, rất thuận tiện cho việc khám phá thành phố. Khu vực xung quanh sôi động và tràn đầy sức sống, với rất nhiều nhà hàng và cửa hàng gần đó. Bản thân khách sạn cực kỳ sạch sẽ và được bảo trì tốt. Phòng của tôi rất sạch sẽ, và đội ngũ dọn phòng đã làm việc rất tốt trong suốt thời gian tôi ở. Tiện nghi rất tuyệt vời, và tôi đánh giá cao sự tỉ mỉ trong thiết kế và sự thoải mái của không gian. Nhìn chung, tôi thực sự khuyên bạn nên chọn khách sạn này cho bất kỳ ai đang tìm kiếm một kỳ nghỉ thoải mái ở một vị trí tuyệt vời. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong chuyến thăm tiếp theo!

My stay at Easthampstead was a very great experience! This was my second time staying and I love their hospitality, service, breakfast and most of the amenities available. They always remind me of my style. It was my person’s birthday that week and I had to bring her there for the weekend to get her away from home a bit and we were welcomed with a birthday card for her and a cake to celebrate her. She was really excited and she loved the stay. The receptionist during the weekend were absolutely outstanding with their work. Checking in and out was as smooth as always. Am really glad I came and I hope to see you next time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay or for any occasion. Thank you.

Everything is just perfect and up to our expectation! Convenient location next to the train station, clean room & fitness room, helpful staffs whom always wear smiles, tasty breakfast! Recommended!
