This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giraffe Manor Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully located in nature, very peaceful and scenic. Waking up surrounded by bamboo forest and seeing giraffes so close was a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The service deserves special praise. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the manager, Xiao Wang, for his professionalism, care, and warm attitude. He made sure everything was perfect and that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. Amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt truly special. This is a place that creates beautiful memories, not just a hotel stay. We highly recommend Giraffe Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality, and heart-warming experience. We would love to come back again.

Nằm n*** trung tâm khu thương mại Hồ Bắc, chỉ cách Đài phun nước Tây Hồ và trung tâm thương mại Hubin Yintai in77 vài bước chân. Tản bộ dọc Tây Hồ vào buổi tối để tận hưởng làn gió mát thật dễ chịu, và việc di chuyển đến ga tàu điện ngầm Longxiangqiao cũng vô cùng thuận tiện. The hotel accommodates foreigners and the reception helps register with the public security authorities. Plenty of options for breakfast. Unfortunately the aircon had issues during our stay, but the hotel helped to change rooms.

It was a pleasantly surprising time at Pullman Haining. The rooms were comfortable and you can do your own laundry if needed. The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China.

Very nice hotel, very nice actually scoring a 4,75/5 which is well above expectations. To start off i had the room with the kind of private pool, which in terms facilities is amazing for the price of just around 35€ a night. To add to that, the complementary fruits i get everyday and the coffee machine is very nice to have. Also the pool cover, which is plus point for hygiene. The room was clean but not the cleanest i have been in, but overal very clean, not spotless. The bed, shower, toilet, bathroom sink were all very clean. To improve i would suggest the hotel providing 1 time use slippers, altough the provided once that are cleaned regualrly us better for the environment, from a visitors perspective this feels nicer, sorry not sorry. Also the sofa feels a little ,i wouldnt say nasty but you can just see that this isnt cleaned between every visit. But i have never been to a hotel were the furniturewas cleaned properly to be honest. The location is very good, close to the tourist areas. If you like walking it is doable in like 30/40 min. With car like 10/15 min just as the trainstation which is a big plus. Reception was really sweet, and ofcourse in china you can leave luggage at the front desk and pick up later after you have checked out. The ladies at the front desk had bo problem doing that and always greeted with a smile. Overal one of the better hotels i have stayed at. I am pleasantly suprised, normally the pictures look better than arriving upon in person but this time it was very accurate. I dont have pictures of my stay but here some vacation pictures. But like i said the ones shared are very accurate, at least the one i stayed in, the one with pool, sofa and a chair.
