Vệ sinh sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, ngăn nắp và đẹp. Thuận tiện để tắm rửa và giặt quần áo. Phòng sáng sủa và sạch sẽ. Ga trải giường được thay sau mỗi khách. Tọa độ địa lý gần Bệnh viện Chữ thập đỏ tỉnh. Có một công viên Vạn Lý Trường Thành nhỏ bên cạnh. Đây là nơi tốt để giải trí và nghỉ ngơi. Tủ hơi cũ và chúng tôi không sử dụng.

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide information needed. The room was also nice and spacious. It’s comfortable to go around the city because the location is convenient. Thank you Qinghai Hotel for accommodating us.🤗

前台幫升了房，送了早餐，十分感謝。 房間硬件沒得説，總體住的還不錯。 提兩點建議： 1. 好好檢查一下房間的窗户，我住的房間窗户是漏風的，倒不是冷不冷的問題，房間很暖和，而是半夜颳風的時候，呼呼的風聲特別大。設施0.5扣在這裏。 2. 早餐備菜不夠。早餐供應到10點，我8點半就下樓了，釀皮和甜醅都已經沒有了，放了個標簽，寫的啥我忘了，類似已經沒了請諒解這種。我9點吃完的時候，這倆也還沒補上。顧客到一個地方，主要就是想吃一些當地的特色食物，一直缺貨實在是不合適。服務1分扣在這裏。

N*** khi bước vào thị trấn Chaka, điều đầu tiên đập vào mắt bạn chính là khách sạn Jundao. Vị trí của nó thật là nổi bật! Hơn nữa, xe rất dễ đỗ. N*** khi bạn lái xe đến cửa, sẽ có nhân viên phục vụ chào đón và chỉ đường cho bạn. Tuyệt vời! Phòng cũng đẹp, giường rất thoải mái, và không có mùi là sự thoải mái lớn nhất đối với những người ngoài như chúng tôi haha. Tôi sợ ngủ lạnh vào ban đêm nên đã gọi đến quầy lễ tân để xin thêm một chiếc chăn, và nó đã được giao đến trong vòng chưa đầy hai phút. Cảm ơn ông chủ và toàn thể nhân viên vì sự nhiệt tình. Nó đã mang lại cho chuyến đi miền Tây của chúng tôi nhiều kỷ niệm tuyệt vời. Ngồi trên sân thượng cùng bạn bè vào buổi tối và uống hai chai rượu vang thì thật tuyệt vời!

Khách sạn này khá tốt ở vùng xa xôi này. Tuy phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng chủ nhà rất tốt bụng. Tầng dưới có nhà hàng riêng. Vì chúng tôi bị say độ cao nên chủ nhà đã đích thân chuẩn bị và phục vụ bữa ăn cho ba người. Sân sau cũng có chỗ đậu xe, gần đó có hiệu thuốc và cửa hàng tiện lợi nên rất tiện lợi.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.
