This new rental property will be your "go-to" favorite annual trip location. We really wanted to make sure everyone enjoys our special place as much as we do! We know you'll love Colony by the Sea (CBTS) as much as we do. It's a true gem in the Outer Banks! Ours is a first floor, end unit: no elevator, 2 short flights of stairs (building on pilings). We love to cook and entertain so we have a well-stocked kitchen, including basic spices, EVOO, balsamic vinegar and just about every utensil and baking/cooking tool we could think of. BRING YOUR OWN: paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, towels (bath/beach/dish), sheets, pillows, and blankets.
