非常令人失望的一次體驗。酒店的優點有：整體很乾凈，地理位置方便去熊本城很近，早餐還可以。 然後就是一眾缺點： 1: 在有空房的情況下 不允許提早入住 提早一小時就要加收1100日元，這在其他住過的酒店裡從未發生過； 2: 幾乎所有的事情都是自助，checkin checkout都是機器 沒有服務，房間沒有水 需要自助去接水或買水，房間沒有服務電話，壓根就沒有服務人員； 3: 我們訂的雙床房 奇小無比，連行李箱都無法翻開，極度壓抑的空間，無法忍受再住第二次；4: 酒店臨馬路，晚上睡覺非常吵，車的聲音很明顯，玻璃沒有隔音幾乎； 5: 房間的窗簾不合適無法檔光，早上是被太陽曬醒的，非常難受。 綜上，這是我花了150usd得到的一切，若這是50usd我會欣然接受，但這價格簡直就是冤大頭。 A very disappointing experience. The advantages of the hotel are: it is very clean overall, the location is convenient and close to Kumamoto Castle, and the breakfast is OK. 星野集團其下的酒店總是有保證，此間也不例外，地點方便，隔離就有步行街及商埸，食店也很多，酒店及房間都很清潔，只是細了一點。

飯店新穎簡約，交通方便

各方面都不錯的一家，星野旗下年輕品牌，早餐也還行，露台挺有氛圍的。

設計時尚，有年青的感覺，早餐亦很出色。房間內行走空間偏窄。沒有樽裝水、拖鞋等提供。梳洗位置較暗雖然上方已有一光館但未能清楚看鏡（化妝有困難）直身大鏡亦同樣較暗。廁所沒有可放電話的地方，浴室地板不是易乾物料整晚都未能變乾。停車場亦較遠並不是左右隔離。

地段可以，房間太小……全部自助式服務，沒有電話服務，連多要條浴巾也沒有

好新穎，房間不大但空間好好用，旺區，行街好方便

交通方便，附近很好逛

Very good location! The hotel is located close to the tram and bus station which makes travel very easy. There is also many shopping option nearby. Although the room is small, it is tidy and clean. But the pillow and mattress are too soft.

The location is best place in Kumamoto and terrace view from lobby floor is fantastic. Just amenities are not enough and we had to take water from lobby floor which was inconvenient.

地點絕佳！通町筋電車站下車步行30秒，附近也有公車站，附近就是熱鬧的商圈，旁邊就是當地知名的鶴屋百貨，飯店本身也跟商場共構，旁邊就市商店街，便利商店、藥妝店、餐廳，一應具全，離熊本城入口步行約10分鐘，離櫻町巴士總站，搭巴士或電車也只要約10分鐘。 飯店公作人員親切專業，但要注意omo cafe是營業到10:30，之後就無法購買食物或商品（與omo3的自助方式不同），但櫃台工作人員非常願意幫忙滿足旅客的各項需求。 大廳時尚，氣氛輕鬆閒適，露台還有下沉式設計的戶外沙發區，非常適合三五好友聊天，並能欣賞到夜間打燈的熊本城。 房間新穎舒適且頗大間，浴廁分離，臥床區有稍微抬高的設計，包覆感良好，窗台的設計稍寬，可以方便的擺放東西。小缺點是掛放毛巾的設計比較不方便。 日後如果再來到熊本，會想要再次入住。 稍微要注意的是，附近的商圈有部分街廓包含風化區。
