The Carib House is an airy luxurious Caribbean colonial style villa which can accommodate groups of up to 10 persons. Located on the south coast of Antigua, close to the entrance of Falmouth Harbour and only 5 minutes off the main road, it is perfect for a get-away holiday, honeymoon or a small conference. This vacation rental is also ideal for intimate wedding receptions or functions forpersons with spacious living and entertaining areas. Pricing is based on a minimum group of 4 people, with additional rate per night for each person added up to a maximum of 10 persons. Your group will have exclusive access to the villa, no sharing! Consider booking The Carib House for special events such as graduation celebrations or family reunions. The Carib House is available for rent for all of the annual calendar events in Antigua such as Carnival, Antigua Classic Yacht and Sailing Week Regattas. Comprising a total of five generous double bedrooms, all screened and with ceiling fans and Ac, our luxury villa can be rented as a whole, or as a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom villa. The main house has three bedrooms on the same level as the kitchen and living areas, right alongside the large pool and terrace areas, with amazing views over Turtle Beach to the Caribbean Sea towards Guadeloupe, and back across Falmouth Harbour to the villages of English Harbour and Falmouth. Welcome to our newly renovated Villa Pax, completed in September 2024. Our peaceful home, that lives up to its name. The villa has an amazing 180 degree ocean view on its doorstep. The breezy veranda is great for lounging and relaxing. We recommend you enjoy the lovely sunset from either the veranda or the deck.With three bedrooms and two full baths, there's space to comfortably accomodate 6 people. Discount may apply for occupancy of two guests only. Please feel free to request it.The master bedroom features a king bed, smart tv and bath.The second bedroom offers two single beds and a smart tv. The third bedroom has a queen bed and also a smart tv. These two bedrooms conveniently share a full bath located in the hallway.There is also a toilet and bathroom on the veranda which is great for use after a swim.A fully equipped kitchen with a great view of the bay, makes cooking enjoyable during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area with high ceilings, large windows and a smart tv.There is a secluded beach right by the villa that can be used by our guest. The beach is not maintained by the owner.Villa Pax is a 40 minute ride from the airport and 10 minutes from English Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard.
