The living room is set with a sectional and large Roku TV for your enjoyment. The hall bath comes with a tub and shower head as well as a bidet attachment on the toilet. You'll have the security of being in a fenced-in, gated residence with only three units. All water on the property is 100% safe and drinkable. All of it consists of either rainwater or trucked in RO water. All of this is then put through a sediment and UV filter. There is roughly a 380 sq. ft. deck off the back. Here, you'll find a patio table with four chairs along with a few other loungers. Also, provided is the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer. This is a large island with many things to do and see all over. You'll wish you did if you don't. We do drive on the left, but it's not as bad as you think.
