NNgười Dùng Ẩn Danhit was a nice hotel to stay overall.
the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink.
as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming.
and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train.
besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆
and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁
and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light.
thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.

TTài khoản kháchCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

I was staying there for 7days which never fulling booked and my bed was up and I asked can they change for me .I waited two night get changed and I went to out when I get back the reception asked me to change my own bed sheet I was shocked but don't want to argue because I know I cannot get my money back.if I didn't booked for 7days I will just walked out. One girl checked I talked here about it. She said her bed was dirty and before she live she take of the pillow cover and bed cover she said she want to make sure when next one come can have clean one.hopefully
out side of the reception steps never been cleaned very dirty ..
The cleaner tell people don't work around when she cleans quite funny to be honest.she is cleaning for few mins and stop go eat.if u only stay one night u will not noticed for that .
Only two good points one is kitchen breakfast was good.
Location is very good too .

TTài khoản kháchNice and brand new student residence opened several months ago, just across Hyatt Place where you can have discounted buffet breakfast (50 Zl- 12 euros,instead 85Zl)，close to AD Krakow Mariott and small open food court consisted of 5 kiosk restaurants. Walking distance to the street car station is 7 minutes , and ride to downtown around 10 minutes. Staff is extremely helpful ...will provide you with cooking utensils cause student cafeteria is closed during summer vacation. It's very clean inside.

TTài khoản kháchOne of the best value for money hostels in the area. I stayed in a private room that was very spacious. It also included small but pretty balcony which was as nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also was clean. The only two slight negatives being that it’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre , so you kind of have to commit if your going to pop their for the day but large issue if you enjoy a walk.
Secondly the walls were a little thin and my bedroom was located next to the shared bathroom so I’d sometimes wake up in the morning to the sound of people on the toilet. Besides that on the whole was a good hostel.

TTài khoản kháchWhen I booked the reservation there seemed no choice for a single gender room. I thought maybe they will arrange so in fact, but I actually got a mixed gender room. This should not be blamed on the hostel of course because I did not confirm that when I checked in. So this is an advice for the future clients that if you want a single gender room, make sure to ask for one when checking in. Otherwise you may get a stinky room after waking up.
Overall it’s a nice place. It’s within walkable distance to all attractions (for me). The view on the street was also very nice!
