I booked the balcony room for 2 night The first night I got the balcony room but it was so small. But gratefully I can change for the second day. So next time u book a balcony room, make sure to book room no. 205 Bigger and the bathroom has a huge door to the balcony as well. The location is soooooo convenient. Bus no. 101 and 102 literally stop next to the hotel. The other bus line is just a 5 minute walk. Many street food nearby

For travellers who travel by train, the location is excellent, walkable to the train station. Why walk when you can get a grab car easily? To walk off all the rich food we eat! The hotel is also within walking distance to the ferry terminal (Penang Sentral). So if you arrive via ferry from Georgetown, no problem! I walked to the ferry terminal to take a ferry to Georgetown! Adding to the convenience, there is a supermarket and self service laundromat near the hotel. The hotel has a lift, which is convenient, if you are assigned a higher floor. No need to carry yourself and your luggage to your room. But no chance to work off the extra calories. I'm not complaining, though Reception is 24 hours. I had to leave very early as I had an early train to catch, but was able to collect back the RM50 deposit. Oh yes, RM2 was collected during check in. Trip.com had informed me at the time of booking, so this is not a surprise to me The room that was assigned to me is spacious. The bathroom is well laid out. Shower on one side, WC on another side and sink in the middle. Shower gel was provided. Shampoo was not provided. It might be because the gadget for the shampoo container was broken. I booked a windowless room. But because it was spacious, I did not miss not having a window. I paid a higher price for my room, I don't know why my receipt showed a much lower price. In summary, I would stay in this hotel again if I go again to Butterworth Pictures 1: Aircon lobby - such a welcomed relief when coming in from the hot and humid weather 2. The hotel's room rated 3. My room rate, which is different from what I had paid in advance to trip.com 4. Door to the bathroom 5. Above the WC, racks for drying wet stuff, very hardy 7.The missing shampoo container 6.The ceiling of the lift - pretty and classy 8. Don't lose your receipt. Nice budget hotel in a convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great option if you’re looking for an affordable stay near Bayan Lepas and the airport

Last-minute booking but the price was reasonable. The room was very spacious, with a large bed similar to those in dormitories but much better. The bathroom is attached to the room and is very spacious. Very comfortable stay.😍

The location is super nice and convenient. The room is not very big but is sufficient for a short trip. The hotel does not have many facilities and is mainly just a place to sleep. On the last day, the lift was out of service, so I had to walk up and down two floors. However, considering the location and price, it is still worth it.
