Sihong Century Park was built in 1999 and designed by Southeast University. In order to meet the 21st century, it is called Century Park. The Millennium Tower in the park, as the name implies, is a park and memorial tower built for the millennium. The tower stands at the diversion of the Luo River and the Luo River, with a water surface at the top, divided into two pagodas, forming a "human" glyph, and the Millennium Tower is located at the intersection of the Gulu River (the main current of the Sui and Tang Grand Canal), the Luo River, intersecting, and integrating thousands of beautiful.
