The location is good for Arches national park. The room is clean. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

The check in was appalling. The receptionist must’ve taken classes in ‘couldn’t care’. Shame we interrupted whatever it was that was more important than providing a civil welcome to a couple of guests. In contrast the breakfast and room cleaning staff were on a different level - brilliant service and friendly. Sadly it’s the first impression that lasts - and being made to feel as though you’re a total inconvenience when you arrive is utterly crap.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

入住當天路途比較遠，到達酒店已經晚上9點。想吃晚飯，酒店餐廳已經關門，並且周圍沒有任何還在營業點餐館。衹能開車到比較遠一點的地方隨便買了晚餐

Mặc dù là một nhà nghỉ thuộc chuỗi Wyndham, nhưng nó chỉ là một khách sạn hai tầng. Khách sạn cách Vườn quốc gia Zion khoảng nửa giờ lái xe và rẻ hơn nhiều so với thị trấn Springdale. Nếu bạn muốn thuê quần áo để đi leo núi vượt thác, bạn sẽ phải đến Springdale, điều đó có nghĩa là dù sao bạn cũng phải dậy sớm hơn. Khách sạn được quản lý bởi người bản địa. Thủ tục nhận phòng hơi rắc rối một chút, nhưng đã được giải quyết. Phòng khá đẹp và hệ thống sưởi hoạt động tốt, nhưng phòng tắm hơi lạnh. Bữa sáng đơn giản đến mức hơi cẩu thả, nhưng với mức giá này, với lượng khách đông đúc và sân đầy xe cộ, ai cần xe đạp nữa chứ?

I was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!

房間設施相當老舊,飯店本身也沒有什麼設施.但是櫃檯和接送的人員服務態度都很好,也相當禮貌.如果要到市區可以先到機場再到1A柱子買票再去輕軌搭乘綠線很方便

普通汽車旅館，基本配置，衞生不錯，位置很好，自駕或搭乘景點班車都很方便，早餐在同類住宿中屬於很不錯的。在當地住宿選擇中屬於性價比較好的，推薦入住。
