Renovations were pleasant. Updated rooms with working air conditioning. Coffee, microwave, and refrigerator in the room. Darkening draperies are a plus. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, pancakes, potatoes, and sausages. Without labeling, not sure if the sausage was pork or turkey, though. Also cereals, yogurts, packaged baked assortments, and several juices. Other amenities included a Coca-Cola machine with a selection of grab-and-go items for purchase.
The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff did let us know that black bears were in the area, and to take any food, drinks, or trash that we had into our room with us. The location is just outside the main part of the area and only takes a short 15-minute walk to reach the main street where everything was
This place was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was yummy. My friends and I had a great time catching up with each other in this relaxing environment.
Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.
But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.
Overall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother.
During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression.
The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided.
One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time.

Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.
The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle. This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is very close to airport and offers shuttles. Facilities are kind of old, bed is clean. Price is low.

TTài khoản kháchSo I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret
LLoreeann32Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.
TTài khoản khách'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us.
Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast.
The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.

It's summer in Nashville, so I'm somewhat ok looking the other way with the building and room feeling humid. The room as a whole was fine; comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, fairly comfy chair & ottoman. The minor things are just confusing and concerning that this once Awesome hotel is trending down.
🚪the key card on the door was busted! Sliding in the card was the MOST FINICKY OF ALL TIME, giving us problems. One time the key card slid all the way in, eating the card. Maintenance came to retrieve the card. No fix was made, we were just told to be careful.
🪟 The sunshades behind the window curtain was janky AF, the left side was down but wouldn't move (the cord had been removed and tucked at the top). All while the right was up without a way to get it down, except to pull it. But when I did that, I realized why they had it up and the electric motor turned off... It didn't go all the way down and was shredded. 💧The sink is backwards, hot water to the right & cool to the left. 🌡️ The thermostat was broken. While the room was kept cool, it was uncomfortably cool with it being humid. It was humid enough that the furniture had a tacky feel to it.
Did the room work for us, yes. Were all the small things adding up make us consider that our next trip will be booked elsewhere, also yes.

TTài khoản kháchThe shower pressure was extremely low, and the water did not get close to hot in my first room, and the toilet did not work. The couch was counted as one bed, and the iron useless. This information was not disclosed on the reservation website. Imagine getting ready for a funeral while the toilet, shower, and iron were all broken, my 11-year-old daughter is a type 1 diabetic, the refrigerator was not cold, and the medication needed to be refrigerated, it eventually warmed up after 2-3 hours. After my family funeral services, I came back to the hotel to relax, so me and family proceeded to the pool where, after changing rooms, I discovered cockroaches by the pool (”I showed the front desk the pictures”). It was incredibly troubling not being able to rest and unwind because I was already mentally and physically exhausted. I was of course offered points I guess for a free stay but actually the room should have been taken off. Again, the ladies at the front desk were very sweet but unfortunately, I was not able to relax. I unfortunately, will not post pictures because it was already disclosed to the front desk. I just had to rant due to my troubles.

I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours. 
MMaxwell1492It was a last-minute decision to visit Nashville. I set out around 8:30 in the evening, and after driving along a long, narrow country road, I finally entered the interstate highway.
By the time I arrived at the hotel, it was nearly midnight. Thankfully, the receptionist was kind enough to wait for me. I checked in and carried my luggage up to the room.
The hotel seemed to be retrofitted from an older property. The lock on the door was loose and creaked when I turned the knob. The toilet flush switch was broken, so I had to lift the lid of the water tank to flush it manually. In addition, the bathtub faucet kept leaking and making noise. I even tried to fix it myself but failed, and in the end, I placed a towel to divert the flow just so I could get some sleep that night.
In the atrium, there was a swimming pool. Around 9 a.m., I saw two ladies swimming and later sunbathing, and their laid-back lifestyle looked very appealing.
Before booking, I had read some reviews on the app where guests highly praised the continental buffet breakfast. I must admit, the breakfast was indeed abundant, though most of the utensils were disposable.
Overall, I would say this hotel is probably one of the better choices for travelers on a limited budget.
