Vị trí rất tốt. Bạn có thể đi thẳng đến Lâu đài Kumamoto. Nếu rẽ phải, bạn có thể đến Bến xe buýt Kumamoto Sakuracho trong 100 phút và đi đến sân bay. Đối diện là trung tâm mua sắm SAKURA Matchi. siêu thị kinh doanh. Đi thêm hai bước nữa là bến xe lên xuống. Lễ hội mua sắm của thị trấn rất sôi động. Bữa sáng theo kiểu tự chọn và các món ăn rất phong phú, ngon miệng.

My recent stay at Hotel Kadoman left me thoroughly impressed. The generously sized rooms provided ample space to unwind and relax, adding an extra level of comfort to my stay. What truly stood out, however, were the culinary offerings. Both dinner and breakfast were a culinary delight, with each dish crafted to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was equally commendable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience. If you're looking for a hotel that offers spacious accommodations, delicious dining options, and excellent service, look no further than Hotel Kadoman.

The stay was very comfortable and everything was great. The room was clean and convenient for a solo traveler like myself and I got some good rest. It was easy to access with trams passing in front of the hotel. I would stay again when visiting Kumamoto!

Beautiful hotel with Mountain Views. The hotel looks spectacular and is very clean. The room is very spacious. Location is perfect as it shares the same building as the mall. You can use the lift which brings you directly to the mall. The mall has shops like Uniqlo, ABC Mart and many more, including a food court with various food options. There are 3 washing machines in both the male & female public onsen area, however it is pretty difficult to get a chance to wash your clothes. The hotel seems like a popular wedding venue, however it does not disrupt the stay as the guests do not seem to linger in the lobby at all. There’s a Nescafé coffee machine which you can help yourself to outside the public onsen, along with Kumamoto’s fresh spring water tap for drinking. For parking, please avoid the carpark infront of the mall as it is expensive. If you’re facing the mall, the hotel’s carpark is at the left side basement of the mall. The hotel provides a discounted price at off-peak periods. It’s best to leave your hotel before 12 noon. It is paid parking and there’s a ticket machine at the basement entrance of the hotel. The hotel location is perfect as it is also very close to a station.

I stayed at this hotel twice. The second time (this booking) we had a room on the older (?) wing and it was almost twice the size of the first one. So for this review I will only share feedback on this “older” room. This room was big and thus good for us as we had 2 large luggage and more space in the room allowed us to open and pack our luggages with ease. The bathroom was large with the large traditional bathtub. Toilet had bidet and etc but lacked heating which made it very cold in the winter. Basin tap was still the old turn types which was not eco friendly as it’s more difficult to shut it off. Location was just opposite the train station which was excellent. But the nearest convenience store is also only at the train station which is about a 5-7mins walk away. Breakfast was curated to suit the Japanese palette more and ends at 9a.m which is really way too early!! We left something behind in the hotel but they managed to send the item back to us at our new hotel (still in Japan) which was highly appreciated. Despite a few minor shortcomings listed above, the pros still outweigh the cons and I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again.

Cảm giác sạch sẽ từ lối vào và những món đồ nội thất được trang trí dễ thương rất vừa mắt và tôi có thể nghỉ ngơi thoải mái với sự hướng dẫn của đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện. Hơn hết, tôi rất cảm động trước lá thư chào mừng viết tay của nhân viên có tên tôi. Thật tuyệt khi có thể nhìn thấy Lâu đài Kumamoto sáng đèn khi bạn lên sân thượng. Thật lãng phí nếu chỉ ở lại một ngày. Lần sau đi, tôi sẽ có thêm vài ngày rảnh rỗi.

The room was very clean. Staff were really helpful - I asked the front desk for food recommendations and they offered some good choices at late night time. Rooms were clean with toiletries well provided. Would be even better if some small utensils/plates could be provided in the room for some chill snack time. But all in all, 10/10!
