Basic stay, however it does not keep up to the standards of the picture. Still livable. Just need more clean up.

The location is super convenient, just right opposite the Tunjungan Plaza. The staff are polite and greet us with a smile whenever they see us. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. My only suggestion is maybe they can provide bathrobes in the rooms.

I dont know much about the location since I only used it for transit between places, but it was okay since it was close to the place I wanted to go to. Cleanliness wise, the bed sheets could do well with more cleaning since they're stained. Service is normal for a hotel that cheap. Facilities is also not much different, just the fact that we have to use stairs is a bit dissapointing. Wifi is okay.

The location is very convenient. The receptionist Apreriya is friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean, but there weren’t slippers and hair dryer. I had a nice rest there before moving to my next destination. That’s pity that the swimming pool is closed due to renovation until 25th August.

Reasonable goog rooms for the price you pay. Big rool room with clear valley view. The restaurant nx door offer delicious meals. Don't mind to stay here again for nx visit to Sapa.

Dịch vụ là tuyệt vời, họ tốt bụng, lịch sự và hữu ích. Cười không bao giờ bỏ mặt của họ và họ luôn cố gắng giúp đỡ nhanh chóng. Bữa sáng rất tuyệt, ngon, và sự lựa chọn càng tuyệt vời hơn, họ có rất nhiều loại thức ăn Indonesia. Phòng có kích thước tuyệt vời, sàn được quét rõ ràng, phòng tắm sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ ( mang theo máy sấy tóc bcs cái họ có không tuyệt vời như vậy). Nhưng thất vọng với các bạn dọn dẹp, mình dùng cái gạo và kính ngày 1 và họ còn không phiền dọn dẹp, chỉ đặt ở điểm bình thường. Mình cố ”nói” lại vào ngày hôm sau mà họ vẫn chưa dọn gì 🥲🥲

I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya.

This hotel is centrally located with plenty of eateries and major shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza within 5 mins walk away. The breakfast buffet has a very good spread and the entire hotel was very clean and orderly. The service staff were very helpful and able to converse in simple English. This is a super value for money hotel to stay with the family.

Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

I chose this hotel as a stopover before heading to Mount Bromo, and since I arrived in Surabaya around midnight, its proximity to Surabaya Gubeng Train Station was a big plus. However, the building seems quite old, and the noise from the air conditioner and nearby train station at night made it hard to sleep. Most importantly, when I turned off the lights to sleep, the power to charge my phone and other electronic devices also stopped. Considering the low price, it was fine for a short stay.
