Nhân viên lễ tân cũng rất thân thiện, chu đáo, kiên nhẫn và sẵn sàng giải đáp mọi thắc mắc, điều này rất đáng khen ngợi. Phòng sạch sẽ và gọn gàng, có nước nóng 24/24. Mặc dù các tiện nghi trông hơi cũ, nhưng chúng rất sạch sẽ. Tỷ lệ giá cả/chất lượng hiện nay rất tuyệt vời, và tôi rất khuyên bạn nên chọn khách sạn Sofia Hotel khi đến Thành Đô!

+ The stuff is very friendly and hospitable, they helped with everything, the room is nice and stylish, very close to the beach. Nice sea views - The cleaning is awful, the room was cleaned 2 times in 5 days and they didn’t change bed linen sets. It wasn’t easy to get the taxi to the centre in the afternoon (we have been waiting for 30 minutes)

Only stayed one night. It's an alright place, it's by a mall I believe didn't really explore the mall, whatever part I went to it was empty. This building is shared by 3 different hotels. Recipients were nice, however they clearly never had to check in a guest that is not a local before.

Nice hotel...Very nice location, just in between the railway station and Tienyi mall, which is at 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is not served in the hotel but outside on a public square and it is way below the average. It looks more like lunch, it is too greasy and unhealthy. They should exclude this unealthy breakfast from their price, i.e. decrease the price for 15 rmb, and make it optional. Whoever wants can pay these 15rmb and eat that garbage.

It's been a while since I last stayed in a hotel of this category: mammoth-sized with hundreds of rooms, endless amenities and army of staff. While this category of hotels considers itself mid-range, from my perspective they are almost always overpriced. Not this one! I found it more than affordable and I would definitely stay longer or would come again when the chance comes. I enjoyed the feel of anonimity granted by the size of the establishment, the size of my room and bed, as well as the location. It was clean, especially for China, and well equipped with amenities. I had a great rest there.

We booked room 270. The window was large and open, offering a stunning sea view. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app — it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was clean, and the room had smart features. There were convenient light and curtain controls right next to the bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. If you're planning a trip to the sea, this hotel has a truly luxurious view and a perfect location. It was both cozy and elegant. We're definitely ready to stay here again. Thank you!

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhSpent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

TTài khoản kháchReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you. The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one. If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address. No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
