夫妻兩個到萬寧旅遊的，下午高鐵到的有點晚想着就近找家民宿先休息一晚，附近搜了一家看壹拾貳看評價不錯，離開高鐵站也很近，二分鐘車程，老闆還負責幫忙接送，房間很大很乾凈，全套智能的小度語音控制，院子自帶泳池，關鍵老闆老闆娘都特別熱情，感覺在自己家似的，期間自己掃碼了個草莓熊三輪電動，沒想到老公不會開，老闆全程幫忙協調全額做了退款，所以本來打算住一晚的住了三晚，期間有一天事先預訂了威斯丁酒店，老闆還幫忙送到酒店大堂，然後又幫忙酒店接回，全程幫忙搬拉桿箱，特貼心，説實話最後老闆早上送我們去高鐵站時候還有點依依不捨的，接觸幾天都成朋友了，真心的謝謝老闆夫妻的暖心照顧，下次有機會再來萬寧度假，一定再住壹拾貳名宿。 設施：智能化設施 衞生：乾淨寬敞 設施：配套齊全 衞生：乾淨 環境：寬敞舒適 服務：非常非常熱情周到 神州站接送:準時接送

Hotel is very good👍🏻👍🏻 Location is perfect, main street of the city, easy to go anywhere, a lot of bus routes around, cafes and shops. Also very close to the beach. Rooms are very clean, change towels and clean room everyday. Convinient to wash cloth, have new washing machines and dryers. Plus good big balcony and rooftop on the sunny side, so also easy to dry cloth. View from the balcony is very beautiful. Rooms have automatic blackout curtains, so light won’t disturb you during sleep. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, cleaner is very nice and doing her job very well👌🏼

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

發小跟我説發現了一個寶藏美景，拉着我從海口直奔陵水開啟了説走就走的旅行。開了2個多小時車的來到在富力灣裏麪一個兩棟別墅組成的海景度假民宿。當進入民宿大堂透過巨大的落地窗看到外面湛藍的海景我就震驚了。 這裏配套齊全，接待我們的店長很熱情，幫我們安頓好行李之後帶我們介紹參觀了一下別墅的配套設施，就如我拍的照片（渣渣拍照水平，現場比照片美多了），院子裏有大大的泳池，還有草地，有露營的桌椅，你可以暢遊，可以坐在躺椅上發呆，也可以來一杯咖啡靜靜看着大海。 別墅裏也提供訂餐，我們訂了海鮮大餐，味道真的贊。 要是能早起，還能到樓頂天台看日出，看着金色的陽光灑在海面上，一切都讓人心恍神怡。對了，別墅附近就是最美旅遊公路，看着那湛藍的海面，你會感覺一切都是恰到好處。

Photos of the nearby territory are not utterly correct, because the place is under construction, a lot of noise and dust and only one pool worked. The beach is close by and clean. Very little places where you can eat or buy food. Personnel is friendly but speaks only chinese. Not recommended for foreign travellers.

Although i was only supposed to checkin at 14:00 after arriving haikou at 03:20, the staff were kind and helpful to let me checkin early at 8:00. There is no lift for my room somehow but the staff helped me carry my baggage up there. They also help you receive your packages if you plan to buy taobao in china, which is super convenient. Location wise, although its beside the train station, there isnt much to eat around the area. Would recommend if you plan to travel using train to other cities like sanya or wenchang but definitely not if you were to only stay in haikou. Room is big, has bidet, toilet and shower is separated. Also have free coffee machines that you can use your get a drink.

The room layout isn't the best, but the size is quite decent. Though the room facilities are a little aged, the friendly service staff and the free services they provide make the stay really welcomed. I had a free pickup from the airport and free breakfast. Stayed there for 5 days and they also helped to wash my clothes plus gave me a free ride to the airport when I left.
