Beautiful, great service, super clean & comfortable hotel which sets it's standard really high. Everything was superb from the lobby to the room to the restaurants, and to the onsen. Quality meals are served with their hearts & the quality is too much for me. Our room was really huge. There are 3 different onsen rooms with indoor & outdoor pools. However, the outdoor pools do not give you any views since they bamboo-fenced the surrounding. Parking is free and it is only 2 mins walk down the slope to reach Kusatsu town centre. A minimum 2N stay is recommended.

A pretty decent Onsen. Just that the staff couldn’t speak much English and we had a hard time trying to understand the dinner flow. And the amenities at the onsen bath are quite limited.

Khách sạn cách ga JR Karuizawa một đoạn lái xe, khoảng 35 phút và có thu phí cầu đường, nhưng phong cảnh dọc đường rất đẹp. Cách thác Shiraito khoảng 10 phút lái xe. Khách sạn có bãi đậu xe rộng rãi, rất thuận tiện. Phòng khách sạn rất rộng rãi và thoải mái. Suối nước nóng (onsen) có khu vực trong nhà và ngoài trời; nước có màu nâu cam và không có mùi nồng. Tiếc là onsen ngoài trời không có tầm nhìn ra bầu trời. Buffet sáng và tối có nhiều lựa chọn và rất ngon. Đây là một khách sạn mang lại cảm giác nghỉ dưỡng thực sự; tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có cơ hội. Dormy Inn Maebashi is a fantastic place to stay, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and cozy rooms that provide a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights is the onsen, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The complimentary nighttime ramen is a nice touch, adding to the overall experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its great location near the station, Dormy Inn Maebashi is a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Kinchoro is the more exclusive wing of Fuikuichi. The rooms come sight private onsen and it’s similar to most 10 tatami rooms. The service from the staff is good. They are almost invisible when you don’t need them but will magically appear when you need help, during meal times and check in/out time. The food unfortunately seem to be so so only. I didn’t find it spectacular, and in fact fringing on being a bit too inventive. Otherwise, all okay.
