Très bel hôtel qui propose un repas assez varié pour buffet et aussi pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée, le ménage n'était pas impeccable (quelques cheveux par si par là). Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse car certains stores n'étaient plus en place ce qui laissait pas mal de vis à vis.

L’hôtel est super sympa. Les chambres sont correctes. Le service de nettoyage impeccable. Le petit déjeuner masterclass. Premier hôtel où je vais où on sert du vin mousseux au petit déjeuner. Les produits sont frais. Le personnel très accueillant et compréhensif. Le petit plus c’est leur consigne à bagage pour ceux qui voyagent un peu plus tard.

Excellent Hotel. Shuttle service from airport to hotel was complimentary. Lovely breakfast included. Plenty of choice. Supermarket and shops next door. Clean Hotel. Friendly. Highly recommend the Bravos - delicious. Would Highly recommend and will stay again.

Hemos estado dos días en agosto en este antiguo balneario clásico de la zona que pasó a pertenecer a una cadena hace unos tres años. Se han reformado algunas habitaciones aunque no la nuestra. La cama de matrimonio era cómoda pero pequeña, no es standard. El aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba a pesar de ser un tanto ruidoso. Se escuchan sobretodo las cañerías de los cuartos de baño.Las zonas comunes no tienen aire acondicionado y están vacías, una lástima. El establecimiento admite perros y gatos pero apenas se escuchó algún ladrido. Lo que sí se escuchó era el berreo y pataleta de una niña en la piscina y fuera. Lamentablemente el turismo termal no es compatible con el chiqui park y algunos padres maleducados y carotas se aprovechan de las malas decisiones de gestores sin criterio. La piscina exterior está cuidada y como en la dirección anterior siguen admitiendo personas de fuera del hotel que vienen al almuerzo. El almuerzo es económico pero no merece la pena, igual que el desayuno que ya cuesta sus 12€. Lo salva la fenomenal actitud de Rosa, claramente estimada por la clientela. El check in se tuvo que hacer tarde pero las dos señoras de Recepción lo gestionaron estupendamente. El ánima de este hotel es claramente su personal. La mayoría de clientes eran locales pero había algunos extranjeros. No usamos el spa esta vez pero sigue teniendo su antiguo encanto. En los alrededores hay sitios para comer o comprar pero al ser agosto algunos están cerrados, menos las obras que el Ayuntamiento decide posponer a Agosto sin tener en cuenta que muchas personas acuden precisamente a dejar su dinero a Caldes para obtener un merecido descanso. Esperemos que la próxima vez no haya obras pero siga el amable y eficiente personal.

Hotel muy señorial, bonito, habitaciones y baño amplias. Piscina y Spa. Desayuno buffet muy completo y rico. Restaurante con menú, te dan la opción de que sí el día de salida, reservas un tratamiento o comida restaurante, te dejan la habitación hasta las 18,00. Una maravilla para poder aprovechar el día.

We loved staying here, the African gentleman from guest services was exceptional and very professional and assisted us with all our requests, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was also wonderful as expected. We celebrated our anniversary here and they made our stay truly memorable.

Los empleados muy amables, pero nos dieron una habitación con puerta compartida a otra habitación y la última noche vinieron unos huéspedes bastante molestos (gritos a los niños, portazos…). Nos hicieron el favor de cambiar la habitación a otra sin la puerta compartida. Aún así, los sonidos en general del edificio no están muy controlados, suenan mucho, sobretodo al andar y los baños. Por lo demás el sitio donde está ubicado es precioso y se puede descansar con unas vistas preciosas a la montaña.

Hotel is in great location, next to Main Street. Staff is friendly and efficient. Room very comfortable and in full working order . Bath was quite dangerous as you need to climb up. Spoke to front desk and they supplied a disposable bath mat. Much appreciated . Great breakfast, limited variety but fantastic quality Negative: for several days, I was saving coins to use at the automatic laundry nearby. On the second day, we left about 12 Euro in various coins on the desk. In the evening upon our return the money had disappeared. We spoke to reception and they told us they had to speak to a manager, however in the meantime we should search our room . The next morning , we were leaving , we emptied the room and found nothing . Nobody from the hotel got back to us. I blame myself for no locking the coins, but thought this is a 5 star so should be safe . This is the reason service got a low score.

The hotel is in a great area close to the city centre and shopping Square and also close to the Metro and bus lines. The staff are very nice and amenities are good. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe in this hotel especially because it’s a LGBTQ+ but hetero friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable just be aware that the shower is see-through so if you’re sharing you will likely see the person taking a shower. The pool was also very nice for chilling in after a very long day of exploring. Just be careful of removing anything in the minibar. I removed some of the things and placed them on the table because I wanted to use the fridge to put my food and drinks that I bought myself . I unfortunately almost got charged for the things that I removed from the mini bar fridge even though I hadn’t consumed them. I did however explain to the receptionist that I returned all the drinks in the mini bar as I hadn’t consumed them.Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
