A great hotel in a wonderful location. Very friendly staff offering excellent service with a smile. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Everything was great apart from one very unpleasant incident. On one evening my wife and 2 year old were asleep in the room and my friend and I were having a late drink in the lobby. Around midnight my wife called me and said two men had come into the room and switched on all the lights, shouting and woke up the baby who was extremely upset as was my wife. The keys to our room were no longer working. I went to the reception quite visibly shaken up by the incident as anything could happen if strange men are allowed access into your room in the middle of the night - there was a quick apology and told it was a mistake they had given someone else our room. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect such a serious error and would have expected something a bit more by way of apology to make up for the incident.

Всё понравилось. Конечно, отель не новый, но на каждый минус( а их не много) есть много плюсов. Территория продумана, так,что ,не смотря на большое количество гостей, никто друг другу почти не мешает. Все номера главного здания с видом на море, но половина из них выходит ещё и на хоз.блок, в одном из таких на 3м этаже мы и жили. Было шумно от труб ,которые там расположены. Балконом пришлось пользоваться только для сушки белья. Хотя знакомые, которые жили дальше от нас по коридору на 5 номеров, говорили, что у них тихо. Но зато много локаций с красивыми видами. И благодаря наличию пирса и расположению бассейнов можно загорать до самого захода солнца. В номере вместительный сейф, минибар включен.Персонала много, территория убирается. Анимация хорошая, весь день при желании можно чем, то заняться. Еда разнообразная,вкусная, напитки качественные, включены также брэндовые. Мороженное, молочные коктейли, орешки и т.д....холодидьники с водой и айраном удобно расположены по всей территории. Все включено можно пользоваться до самого вечера в день отъезда, также в день приезда сразу надевают браслет еще до заселения.Такси, которое могут заказать в отеле в аэропорт Эрджан стоит 2800лир, это дорого. Уехали за 2000 лир , местные знакомые заказали такси. Вообщем, отличный вариант для семейного отдыха за разумные деньги.

Location was great, close to several beaches. There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.  Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

Magnifique hôtel. Très calme. Bien situé. A proximité de Protaras et de ses plages (où l on peut aller à pied) mais où l on évite la foule! Loin des complexes de masse. Criques en face de l hôtel où l on peut se baigner. Promenade qui passe devant l hôtel. Parking de l hôtel gratuit. Mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre qui est rempli de boisson (gratuites) quand on arrive (rempli une seule fois durant tout le séjour). 2 petites bouteilles d eau par jour sont déposés dans la chambre et 2 petits chocolats en fin de journée (ce qui est appréciable). Fer et planche à repasser gratuite sur demande. Coffre fort sécurisé gratuit dans la chambre. Pas de chaîne de TV française mais possibilité de connecter son compte Netflix sur la TV. A proximité 15min en voiture de Cap Greco. Très belle décoration. J ai eu la chance d être surclassée avec vue sur la piscine. Personnel charmant (notamment la dame blonde à l accueil -que je remercie chaleureusement - qui a tout fait pour que je puisse avoir un petit déjeuner à ma convenance le jour de mon départ à 5h30 du matin).. 2 employés parlent français (ce qui aide). Pas besoin de prendre de serviette de piscine. L hôtel vous en fournira (/prêtera )une pour votre séjour. Matelas de plage attribué à votre arrivée selon votre convenance (vous pouvez en changer), ce qui évite de devoir réserver les transats. J ai vraiment apprécié le calme de l hôtel. On s y sent bien. Je reviendrais avec plaisir et je recommande sans hésiter.

Nice location, great pool and garden, but the seaside beach is not the best for kids. The standard rooms are little bit oldie but the hotel is renovated, some further renovation could make this place really like the heavens. Some people of the stuff are really nice but the receptions are sometimes slow.

I stayed here for a week and left today. Staff were lovely and building is nice and modern however whenever we was in our room we could hear everyone in their rooms. Next to us there was someone screaming at his partner for a few hours then I think he left and new people came in. The thin walls made it so we could hear their tv all day and night. We also saw a cockroach in the hall way and below is a picture of pink sausages we had at breakfast. Not worth the money. Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money to be there

It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. It was edible, but I wouldn't say it was truly good.
