Tôi thật may mắn khi được nghỉ tại khách sạn này trong chuyến đi này! N*** từ lúc nhận phòng tại quầy lễ tân, tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Nhân viên không chỉ vô cùng niềm nở mà còn ân cần chỉ dẫn những địa điểm tham quan thú vị gần đó, khiến tôi n*** lập tức cảm thấy quen thuộc với thành phố xa lạ này. Vị trí của khách sạn cũng rất tuyệt vời; có rất nhiều trung tâm mua sắm và nhà hàng gần đó, chỉ cách vài phút đi bộ. Việc di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan cũng rất thuận tiện bằng xe buýt hoặc taxi. Lần tới khi tôi đến khu vực này, khách sạn này chắc chắn sẽ là lựa chọn hàng đầu của tôi!

I booked two rooms during my stay at Atour Harbin. One of the rooms had a small issue where the toilet drain was clogged and the water could not go down properly
.
However, the staff responded very quickly. They came to check and repair it immediately. When the issue could not be solved quickly, they kindly helped us change to another room without any hassle
.
Their service was very professional and efficient, and we really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. Overall, it was still a very comfortable stay. 👍

Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given.
Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

來哈爾濱旅遊，選這家麗呈花盛（防洪紀念塔店）真的太明智了！酒店就在中央大街對面，出門就是公交站，步行就能打卡防洪紀念塔、松花江和兆麟公園，去哪都不用繞路。大堂裝修很雅緻，辦理入住很快。房間空間夠大，採光好，衞生做得無可挑剔，床品柔軟不壓身，智能系統語音就能控制窗簾和燈光，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水穩定。早餐的品類很全，中式西式都有，味道在線。工作人員態度都特別好，有需求響應及時，退房後還幫我們免費寄存了半天行李。這次入住體驗滿分，強烈推薦給去哈爾濱玩的朋友！

Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature.

Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi thấy một khách sạn cung cấp khăn lau kính, mặc dù tôi đã để kính cạnh giường. Bữa sáng rất phong phú và ngon miệng, cà phê từ máy pha cà phê trong phòng cũng rất tuyệt vời. Vị trí trên Đại lộ Trung tâm rất thuận tiện cho việc chụp ảnh và tham quan. Sảnh đợi tráng lệ và độc đáo. Họ thậm chí còn phục vụ trà chiều cho hai đêm lưu trú của tôi, điều này rất chu đáo và tốt hơn nhiều so với nhiều khách sạn năm sao thuộc chuỗi khách sạn lớn. JJerome.CI had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough.
Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay.
Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests.
Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room.
Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

Bạn có thể đến Maple Leaf Outlet Town trong khoảng cách đi bộ, đây là điểm dừng chân lý tưởng để ăn uống và vui chơi!

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home immediately.

My room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and a cozy seating area. I appreciated the modern decor and the large flat-screen TV. The room also included a mini-fridge and microwave, which were convenient for storing snacks and leftovers.
Amenities:
The complimentary breakfast was a highlight! There was a good selection of hot and cold items, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and a variety of pastries. The coffee was fresh and available all day, which I loved.
The fitness center was adequately equipped for a quick workout, and I also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring the area.
