Dịch vụ này rất tốt Đây là lần thứ hai tôi ở khách sạn Wenlv Jiatu. Lần đầu tiên tôi ở, tôi nghĩ nó rất tốt. Giường rất lớn và cơ sở vật chất mới và hợp vệ sinh. Lần này tôi đã nâng cấp lên một căn phòng. Có rất nhiều món ăn nhẹ đặc biệt xung quanh. Món mì chua của khách sạn cho bữa sáng cũng rất được khuyến khích. Ăn kèm với trứng chiên do đầu bếp ăn rất ngon. Nếu đến Kaili vào mùa hè, bạn phải mua trái cây theo mùa, quả việt quất và quả anh đào có giá 15 nhân dân tệ một cân, còn quả thanh mai ngọt có giá 5 nhân dân tệ một cân. Đây vẫn là mức giá dành cho khách du lịch nên những ai biết cách mặc cả có thể thử sức mình. Thịt bò là phải! Đáng tiếc lần này không mua canh chua thịt bò của Wenlv, nửa cân thịt bò chỉ có giá 50 tệ. Nó rẻ hơn để ăn địa phương.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — their friendliness and willingness to help with anything we needed truly stood out. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to every taste — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. Every morning felt like a real treat! The view from the hotel is simply breathtaking, offering an impressive panorama over the city. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings, whether during sunrise or at night when the city lights sparkle below. The location couldn’t be better — everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every imaginable facility for a comfortable stay. From modern amenities to thoughtful details, everything was designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

Khách sạn có môi trường tuyệt vời và rất sạch sẽ. Quan trọng nhất là dịch vụ xuất sắc. Xiao Zhou vô cùng chu đáo; anh ấy đã nâng cấp cho chúng tôi lên phòng có tầm nhìn ra Tháp Gia Tây, mang đồ ăn thức uống lên phòng, bật điều hòa một cách ân cần và giải thích về các tiện nghi. Dịch vụ hoàn hảo. Rất đáng khen cho Xiao Zhou!

Beautiful 5 star hotel resort on beautiful grounds. As the was an off season visit with very few others staying here, upon check-in we were upgraded to a room with a huge separate living room, a large bed room with the bath having separately enclosed toilet and shower areas and a spacious dressing area; and out in the large balcony area was a hot tub. Service during our stay was outstanding and the included breakfast excellent. As the room was a way from the lobby, shuttle service to the room and back just required a call to the front desk and included shuttle service to the nearby entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The free park bus to other sites (we also visited the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, which was IMO even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall area) was an easy walk from the resorts front gate,which we were shuttled to. If we ever go back to this area, this is definitely the place we will stay.
