A nice room but not really in the heart of xingyi or anything. Good for those travelling through the city for a night or so from the station."

每一次入住體驗堪稱舒心愜意，酒店整體格調中式園林苗侗風格的，非常喜歡；環境靜謐整潔。房間佈局合理，衞浴乾濕分離，床品柔軟親膚，細節之處盡顯用心，衞生做的非常到位，角落都乾乾淨淨的，沒有異味。設施各方面都很贊，服務人員態度温和有禮、專業高效，酒店地理位置優越，就在仰阿莎温泉小鎮裏，去温泉區泡室外温泉也很近，一分鐘就到了；住的非常滿意，下次到劍河還會繼續選擇這裏，真心推薦。

Very bad experience. Would not recommend.
Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

The room is wonderful .However, the breakfast buffet is quite disappointing and the staff station at the buffet reception is not so friendly, could be a bad day for her.On the whole, is still good experience.The pool and the gym are well equipped.The staffs are very helpful, especially the house keeper, they are very effective with the tasks.We are most surprise, when the room was done with the make up after we had our breakfast.Regrettably, such a grand suit, the shampoo and the shower gel come in a small bottles which make it appear to be devalued.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — their friendliness and willingness to help with anything we needed truly stood out.
The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to every taste — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. Every morning felt like a real treat!
The view from the hotel is simply breathtaking, offering an impressive panorama over the city. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings, whether during sunrise or at night when the city lights sparkle below.
The location couldn’t be better — everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach, making it the ideal base for exploring the city.
Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every imaginable facility for a comfortable stay. From modern amenities to thoughtful details, everything was designed with the guest’s comfort in mind.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

Khách sạn có môi trường tuyệt vời và rất sạch sẽ. Quan trọng nhất là dịch vụ xuất sắc. Xiao Zhou vô cùng chu đáo; anh ấy đã nâng cấp cho chúng tôi lên phòng có tầm nhìn ra Tháp Gia Tây, mang đồ ăn thức uống lên phòng, bật điều hòa một cách ân cần và giải thích về các tiện nghi.
