Chúng tôi đã có khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời nhất trong kỳ nghỉ này, người phụ nữ rất tử tế với chúng tôi đến nỗi chúng tôi cảm thấy như mình không có cách nào để đáp lại sự quan tâm và chăm sóc mà cô ấy dành cho chúng tôi trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Vị trí của ngôi nhà này thật hoàn hảo, mang đến tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp ra dòng sông thành phố và những cánh đồng xung quanh. Chúng tôi đã ăn sáng và ăn trưa do cô nấu rất ngon và đó là một trong những món ăn ngon nhất mà chúng tôi từng ăn ở Trung Quốc cho đến nay! Căn phòng rất nghệ thuật, thoải mái với khăn trải giường và khăn tắm đẹp, nhiệt độ và áp suất nước tốt, và bạn có thể thấy rằng có rất nhiều sự chú ý đến từng chi tiết. Chúng tôi đã gặp sự cố với tài xế taxi của mình vì không thể nhận được khoản thanh toán của chúng tôi do hạn chế của thẻ quốc tế và người phụ nữ đó rất tử tế khi giúp chúng tôi mà không yêu cầu bất cứ điều gì đáp lại, chúng tôi sẽ không bao giờ quên. Cô ấy cũng nói được một chút tiếng Anh, điều này rất hữu ích!! Chúng tôi hy vọng sẽ quay lại và ở lại lâu hơn. 💗🙏

Our stay at the Floral Hotel in Wuyuan was lovely and unforgettable . The family that owns and manages the homestay is extremely kind and attentive. As Europeans, we were very disoriented and had lots of requests and doubts. Lily, the daughter of the family, who speaks English, helped us in any possible way and never made us feel as if we were being difficult. Her mother cooks meals with ingredients straight out of her garden and with locally farmed meat. Thanks to her, we tasted the delicious wuyuan cuisine, with homemade recipes that are far from the stereotypical dishes we eat in Europe. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the Homestay is. It is located in a small village which might not be a ticketed scenic area, but it’s extremely charming and authentic. You wake up and walk by the river where women are washing clothes by hand in the water. The village feels frozen in time. The house was built by the family’s grandfather, and is the most exquisite building we have seen throughout our trip in China. Beautifully preserved, and every corner is decorated with taste and attentiveness, even the lighting in the room is carefully curated. We stayed in December, and if you are travelling in winter we recommend the smaller room upstairs. It gets much warmer than the bigger room on the ground floor. The room is a real gem, the bed is very comfortable and the small windows overlook the characteristic roofs of the village. We will always cherish our time spent here, and we will recommend the Homestay to all our friends who will visit China, I’d say it is worth coming to Wuyuan just to stay here.

The location is very good . It is closed to restaurants and not too far from the river. It is about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop to go to the train station. The house keeping is excellent. One morning I requested cleaning earlier and the lady came within 20 minutes to clean my room. The furnishing is more than adequate although if there is a small fridge , it would have been wonderful as the days were hot and I wanted to drink something cold but it was fine. The room has a lot of cigarettes burn marks because the clients simply ignored the no smoking sign but is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel could have fine the clients but it closed not to so the floor will probably continue to be damaged or stained by the inconsiderate clients. Some hotel has strict policy about smoking and a warning sign that they will be fined or be charged a cleaning fee. This hotel apparently has no such thing to the detriment of the hotel itself for not having this policy. The floor stains didn’t bother me so much , more than it was ugly. The cleaning lady said it is common to find cigarette butts on the floor . I paid a little bit more for a room further away from the elevator as the cheapest room is practically next to it.

This was a very weird hotel experience. Firstly, the staff is great and were very responsive to any issues I had. That being said, the hotel has seen better days. I changed rooms, but both rooms had very dirty carpets and bathrooms which had traces of molding on the silicone connections, and the windows were, in my opinion, small. The showers were clean, but the hairs were not removed for a long time, and the water drained very slowly. During my stay, I even saw a small gecko run across the bathroom... The AC unit is terribly loud too, and I couldn't sleep the first night almost at all because of it. I later got used to it, but it still gave me troubles during nighttime. On the third day, around 8:25, the cleaning staff barged into the room unannounced. Even though I was awake, this created an awkward experience... Later, when they came again, they only quickly knocked before coming inside again... The hotel's breakfast is minimal, and poorly prepared. I'd recommend skipping it, and getting something from the street in front of the hotel instead. The location of the hotel is good, being only a 5 minute walk away from the entrance to the Mount Longhu scenic area entrance.

Khách sạn này thật tuyệt vời! Dịch vụ tuyệt vời từ cổng vào đến quầy làm thủ tục nhận phòng, đến phòng nghỉ. Nơi đây mang đến cho chúng tôi cảm giác như đang ở Trung Quốc cổ đại. Rất yên tĩnh và em bé của chúng tôi ngủ rất ngon. Tôi rất tiếc vì chúng tôi chỉ ở lại một đêm. Chúng tôi rất muốn đến thăm nơi này trong vài ngày. Chúng tôi đến đây sau khi dành 5 ngày ở núi Sanqing và ở tại Hilton Sanqingshan. Chắc chắn là rất đáng để ghé thăm. Các phòng rất rộng! Cảm giác như đang sống trong một căn hộ. Bữa sáng ổn, chúng tôi ăn no. Chủ yếu là đồ ăn Trung Quốc, nhưng họ có cà phê ngon và một số loại ngũ cốc phương Tây. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi không thích mùi của sữa tắm và dầu gội, mùi rất nồng, nhưng đó chỉ là vấn đề nhỏ. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại để thưởng thức trà, hành lang tràn ngập lịch sử văn hóa Trung Hoa và tận hưởng bầu không khí, đây thực sự là một trải nghiệm khác biệt mà tôi từng có ở bất kỳ khách sạn nào khác.

Chúng tôi thích cảm giác hoài cổ của khách sạn. Nó làm cho bạn cảm thấy như bạn đã quay ngược thời gian. Căn phòng hơi cũ một chút (màn hình phòng tắm cần được chú ý), tuy nhiên nó vẫn có nét đẳng cấp. Các bậc thang phía trước là một kẻ giết người, tuy nhiên có một thang máy để đưa bạn lên ngang tầm khách sạn, vì vậy chúng tôi không phải lo lắng về việc mang những chiếc vali nặng nề của mình lên nhiều bậc thang. Có một trạm xe buýt gần phía trước khách sạn để tham quan những ngọn núi có nhiều danh lam thắng cảnh. Nó không nằm trong khu vực mua sắm của Phố Kuling, nhưng bạn có thể dễ dàng đi xe buýt đến khu vực này. Chúng tôi thích rằng có một số nhà hàng, quán cà phê và cửa hàng tiện lợi gần khách sạn. Chúng tôi không thể sử dụng thẻ tín dụng nước ngoài và vì không thể sử dụng WeChat pay nên chúng tôi cần tìm cách khác để thanh toán tiền phòng với sự hỗ trợ từ gia đình bằng tài khoản ngân hàng Trung Quốc. Tôi nghĩ đó là vì nó không thuộc một chuỗi khách sạn lớn và nằm ở một khu vực tương đối xa. Nhưng nhìn chung chúng tôi rất thích ở khách sạn này.

We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient. We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️
