TTài khoản kháchWe were greeted on arrival at the hotel and were told of the free upgrade to a better room for our 5 night stay. The room is spacious and has a bath tub in the room where you can enjoy soaking and watching TV at the same time. The bath tub is also useful for hanging your wet clothing after washing (see picture). The other special features of this hotel is good communication through WeChat. They specially create a WeChat group for you to communicate with all their service staff. I asked the hotel to book me a car taking us to the railway station and also for help to change the tv channel and got response immediately. In general the service is excellent and very generous in giving away bottle water and snacks. We enjoy our stay here and hope to come here again in the near future.

DDan MagnussonNice location and the hot springs was nice. Romantic room and the private hot tub on the balcony was OK The only drawback was that they don't accept western credit cards and you shouldn't expect a western breakfast. But the breakfast was still good if you appreciate Chinese food.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our incredible host Xianti (XT), his lovely mother, and the entire family. They were exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our entire visit. We stayed in the Triple Family Courtyard Room, which was not only beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Despite our late arrival, we were still able to order a meal from the aunties and wow, the food was outstanding! In fact, we ended up having lunch and dinner there every single day because it was just that delicious. Every meal felt like a lovingly prepared, home-cooked feast. We also had the pleasure of taking part in a tea ceremony, which was a serene and special experience. The tea was exquisite, and it was a lovely way to connect with the culture and surroundings. Another highlight was the recommendation to see Impression Da Hong Pao a next-level show that left us absolutely amazed. What made it even better was that our host arranged the tickets for us and had them delivered to the villa, so thoughtful and convenient! If you’re still hesitating, don’t! We can wholeheartedly recommend this villa. It truly felt like a home away from home in China 💖 and was the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking Wuyishan mountains. AAnja 安雅Lovely resort very out in the green, whilst close to Wuyigong palace, all peaks (Tianyoufeng, Dawangfeng, Shuilian Cave) as well as Duiia Qu for food. You can basically walk everywhere if you have enough time. The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, there is also a small travel agency that can take you for tea tasting and seeing how they grow and produce tea in Wuyishan. Breakfast was good, rather Chinese though. Receptionists were lovely and helpful, as well as room service. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Tuy nhiên, đặt phòng đã hết và được phục vụ bữa sáng còn lại. Một phòng bị khóa, hơi keo kiệt. Hai người có thể ngủ ở hai phòng khác nhau😆 Bữa sáng sau đó vì một lý do nào đó bị biến thành hai, nên tôi nghĩ dịch vụ lễ tân có thể cần phải được tăng cường. Tiện nghi trong phòng khá đạt yêu cầu, phù hợp với chất lượng của Somerset. Có lẽ lần sau tôi sẽ ở lại đây lần nữa, chỉ mong sẽ bớt phiền phức hơn.

The service is gold star, from arranging the pickup before I arrive to the interactions I had during my stay, the staff I interacted with are all super friendly and helpful. This hotel is situated in a small secluded area and you only hear birds chirping, it’s not too far from the attractions either. The bathroom is very well thought out and a luxury to enjoy. I’d definitely stay here if I visit Wuyishan again.
