Second time staying here. So convenient with the airport shuttle. A great place to relax during a layover.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

Hầu hết hành khách đi qua máy bay. Bữa sáng bao gồm cà phê, trái cây và bánh mì nước trái cây bắt đầu lúc 6 giờ. Hạn chế lớn nhất là máy lạnh đã cũ, ồn nên tôi phải đành chịu.

Nice rooms good service

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam. Het restaurantpersoneel zijn ook erg aardig en behulpzaam.  Het hotel is ook erg hygiënisch. Dit was ook in mijn kamer., mocht ik weer naar Dallas gaan, dan is dit wel mijn hotel om Te boeken. De Galleria mall zit pal a heter het hotel. 

The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

Khách sạn rất gần sân bay. Chỉ cần gọi điện cho khách sạn từ điểm dừng xe đưa đón sân bay bên ngoài sảnh đến, và bạn sẽ đến đó n*** lập tức. Khách sạn rất ấm cúng; sảnh ở tầng một được trang trí thoải mái, bữa sáng tiện lợi, các phòng có tường lát gạch, và nhân viên rất thân thiện. Có hồ bơi và phòng tập thể dục. Có các trung tâm mua sắm gần đó. Nhược điểm duy nhất là thời tiết quá nóng.

I had the best stay ever it was like the best day of my life. Life is so Bliss when you live every single day like your last. Here we go straight to the top everybody hold on.

I stayed for 4 nights and they had to change my room on the third day because there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the refrigerator, the microwave and the nightstand. However, the next room also had the same problem, a little less so, but there were still more cockroaches.

Отличный отель. Местоположение-до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком за 20 минут. Парковка бесплатная, мест хватает. Завтраки обычные. Номера просторные. Сотрудники очень доброжелательные.
